This classy apartment has everything you need for your travels, for a night or longer. Sleeping for 3 includes a comfy, memory foam king-sized mattress and memory foam twin-sized roll-away bed.
Park your car and walk everywhere! So close to downtown! Prep meals in this full kitchen and take care of your laundry in the shared coin-op laundry room.
This is an upper level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one next door and one 2 apartments below. There is a nice little patio on the front of the house that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. There isn't Central A/C (although almost any place in Wyoming can be kept comfortable by opening up the window at night, and shutting everything in the morning. A swamp cooler and portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and "old" building noises may occur. Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay.
We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, donât hesitate to reach out anytime!
You can see the hospital from the front window! This place is centrally located within 10-15 minutes of ANYWHERE in Cheyenne!
Lyft & Uber available. Free off-street parking and on-site parking.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

Consider it a âstarter kitâ if you willâŠ. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Sheets and blanket/quilt for each bed
At least one pillow per maximum occupancy
Miscellaneous:
All purpose cleaning spray
Toilet/sink plunger
Toilet Brush
Broom/dust pan
Pets are welcome. I charge a pet fee of $15/pet per night with a maximum of $150 per stay. This is charged the day before your arrival. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home.
CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.
No smoking (any kind) or vaping on property
