Beautifully updated waterfront home. We loved walking to town to get ice cream and loved the house for our family with small children. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchens remodeled. We had a great weekend away with our family.

This home is a perfect vacation rental. It is extremely clean, has beautiful views, and is in a great location. The beds are very comfortable, and the host is extremely easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Waterfront home

The home had everything our family of five needed for a wonderful Easter weekend. It’s located in the heart of Oxford on a quiet street. Beautiful kitchen and family room opens to a screened porch and a spectacular lawn right on the water.

Stop scrolling and pick this property! The home was beautifully and comfortably furnished, very clean, a well stocked kitchen, spacious screened porch, and comfortable beds. With so many comfortable areas to sit and chat or read a book, our group all decided we will be back. Only steps away from delicious ice cream and a quaint, well stocked cafe. Lovely home

This was a beautiful home on a nice lot in a quiet neighborhood directly on the water. The house was very clean on arrival with a lot of nice touches not normally found in a rental. Multiple ways to make coffee plus a good selection of spices and condiments. Comfy beds and very nice furnishings. Absolutely top notch rental experience.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoy our time in Oxford for a fishing weekend. The house has everything and is very well maintained, decorated, and clean! The location is fantastic with easy walk to nearby restaurants, market, and town shops. The people of Oxford are gracious and inviting. This property is so much more fabulous than the photos describe. We were a group of five professional women, all in design fields in search of inspiration and renewal. Penny and Jonathan's home delivered! There was ample kitchen equipment and fabulous appliances for cooking a gourmet meal. Plenty of resources and information to help us explore the area. Quick responses to questions. Easy check in and check out. Wonderful places to have quiet conversations and group gatherings. Gorgeous views and lovely neighbors. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. BUT! we almost don't want to in case it becomes so popular that we can't get a reservation in the future. :)))) Thank you for the being the most extraordinary hosts.

Family Vacation

My family has been vacationing in Oxford since I was a child, and it was such a joy to return with my husband and our two children. This house is perfectly located, a short walk to town for shops and dining, as well as to the playground. We spent hours on the screened in porch, and my son loved watching the boats from the beautiful dock. Property managers truly thought of everything. we could need inside the house. We can’t wait to come again! Absolutely perfect!

We were so impressed by the comfort and level of finishes at this property. The photos honestly don’t do it justice; the proximity to the water and spacious living areas are even more luxurious than what we expected. Our check in was very easy and the location was perfect for our needs. The large kitchen and laundry area were so useful for our big family on a wedding weekend. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds are and the air conditioner worked great on such a hot summer weekend. I can’t find anything lacking here-I highly recommend this home for a stay on the Eastern Shore!

Immaculate and Serene

My extended family was in Oxford for a christening and a wedding. Ceilidh was perfect in every way: luxurious bedding, ample room to gather between events and walking distance to church, coffee shop and scenic parks. The lovely dock was a bonus and watching the boats and birds was an unexpected pleasure. Thank you Penny for allowing us to enjoy such a lovely property.
