Surf City Escape

This four bedroom, two bath house is perfect for families. The house features hardwood floors throughout. Downstairs has a full bath with tub/shower combo and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. A stacked washer/ dryer is also located on the first floor. Upstairs has two large bedrooms and a full bath with stall shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds. The backyard offers a spacious deck with patio furniture, grill, and outdoor shower. Located within walking distance from the beach and bay. Many dining options are nearby as well as shops and entertainment. Pillows, bedspreads, and mattress pads will be provided. Linens and towels will not be provided. A detached garage can be used for bicycle and beach accessory storage. Eight (8) Surf City 2025 seasonal beach badges will be provided.

Another wonderful year on 2nd St. The house allows for easy access to the park, beautiful sunsets on the bay and a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. The owners are great with communicating and keep a clean and beautiful home. Highly recommend!

This property is perfect for our family! Quiet bay streets for biking, right near the playground and the house itself has a great backyard space. House is clean and all bedrooms are a good size! Highly recommend this rental!

Family getaway

The house was clean and spacious. It was perfectly sized for our family and a few friends of our teenage daughter. It was in a good location between the beach and the bay. The only thing I would recommend is the addition of some some beach chairs and maybe a few bikes...but we rented our own and it was fine. It was a lovely house.

LBI escape

We could not have been happier with our stay. The owners were very nice and communicative. The house was beachy and cute. It was just the right size for our family of five. The back deck was awesome. House is in a great location between the bay & the ocean and the also shops and restaurants. We had perfect weather. It was a terrific vacation and we would hands-down return to this property!

Family vacation

This was our first time in surf city and we had a great time. The house was clean, large deck in the back of the house to spend time on, and the outdoor shower was key when getting the kids cleaned straight off the beach. Within walking distance to a local park that was an added bonus if you have small children. The owner Denise was very responsive. Thank you!

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our second time back. I appreciate the home’s minimalist vibe without clutter, yet has everything you need (although, I would ask owner’s to add another end table to the master bed for perfection). Best feature for us is the deck with the second best being the bunk-beds that bring hours of fun to our kids.

Great house for a beach vacation!

House was exactly as listed, perfect size and extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay, and loved the neighborhood. Rented bikes to get us back and forth to the beach and explore. Garage was a convenient place to store the bikes. Deck could use some maintenance as some boards were loose. Overall, house was great and I would rent again in the future.
