Beautiful, spacious within blocks to both beach and bay.

A short 2 block walk to a pristine beach and bay. The bay beach is perfect for children as it includes a fenced in lifeguard swimm area, gazebo, playground and bathroom facilities with shower. The bay also provides a perfect spot to launch paddle boards and kayaks. Walk a block down to find the perfect spot for fishing off the dock and picture perfect sunsets.

Our home is perfect for large families, wedding stays and gatherings for a wonderful beach vacation. Living room is located in the front of the house that leads into a fully equipped large eat in kitchen with granite counter tops, central island, multiple work stations and seating for 18+. Laundry/mudroom located off kitchen with extra refrigerator and half bath. Two bedrooms on the ground floor share a full bath. Six bedrooms upstairs with 2 1/2 baths. Additional sitting room located upstairs.

Outdoor area includes dining set, fire pit seating, front porch and front balcony gathering spots.

Several of our favorite restaurants within walking distance; Raimondo's, Zen's, Arlington, Russo's, La Spiaggi and LBI Hotel to name a few.
The country market for bread and pies and WaWa's for coffee and sandwiches are very convenient.
Local fisheries and bait shops within a few blocks.
Nearby apparel shops include Ron Jon's and B&B. Two nail salons and the LBI Hotel spa can provide a special vacation treat!

Family weekend

Beautiful house with the bay and ocean beaches just a few minute walk away. The house was spotless. Had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable. Mary was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Check in and out was a breeze. I recommend this house for anyone that would like a family vacation on LBI. Great Family Weekend

We were so happy with this house, Mary the hostess, and the location. We had a wonderful time and the set up is just perfect for a family gathering. The few questions we had were immediately answered by Mary, who could not have been any nicer. We would recomend highly to anyone, and would love to go back ourselves next summer.

Wonderful house, amazing location!

My family stayed at this property for a family reunion. We have a large group with small children, teens, and adults. The property worked very well for all of us and was fabulously located, within very easy walking distance to the beach, the bay, shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive, answering questions before and during our stay. We had a great time and highly recommend this property for large families going to LBI!

Great house for large groups

This is an exceptional house for large groups/entertaining. I booked this house for my best friend’s bachelorette (17 people) and we fit very comfortably. It has many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and two outdoor showers. The kitchen/common space is large and open and seats 18 comfortably. The outside can seat the same. The umbrella outside provides lovely shade cover and the grill/furniture are nice and new. The place was spotless and stocked with everything our group needed, save for sheets. Having two refrigerators was also lifesaver. There’s a lot of driveway space - we comfortably fit 5 cars. Could not recommend this place enough. Thanks, Mary!

LBI Memorial Day Weekend Family Wedding

Spacious, clean and everything that we needed was at the house. Plenty of parking for the whole family. Close to everything! Perfect weather to enjoy the backyard, the bikes and the beach. Mary was available with quick responses whenever we had a question. Perfect wedding weekend and comfortable stay for the varying ages in our family. If I ever come back to LBI, I will definitely stay at Mary's house. Thank you Mary :-)

Lovely house, such a fun and beautiful town!

We had such a wonderful time and this was the perfect house for our weekend getaway. It was very clean, there are plenty of bedrooms, the beds were cozy, great beachy atmosphere, a ton of amenities, the kitchen was huge which was perfect for our breakfasts and dinners. Mary was a great host. She was quick to respond to questions, she was flexible and accommodating. The town and surrounding towns were great. Tons of great shops, restaurants, local hangouts and beautiful clean beaches. Everyone we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. Such a wonderful experience all around. Can’t wait to come back next summer!

Family Birthday Celebration

This house was the perfect place to host my dad's 80th birthday party. We had plenty of room for my mom and dad as well as my wife and kids and my sister's family. The house is very large and has an enormous kitchen that served as a great gathering space for the whole crew. The house and property are very well maintained and the location is fantastic.

First great location for the wedding 1/4 mile away. Second lots of room for the whole extended Family. Will comeback for a summer trip sometime. Beach is a short walk up the street. this house is centered around plenty of restaurants.

This place was wonderful! We had 13 guests stay and it was perfect! The kitchen was beautiful with newer appliances and plenty of seating. The amount of bathrooms in this house was probably the best thing about the house! Location was also fantastic! A 5 minute walk

Great Stay in Ship Bottom

We rented this home for a family wedding at Bonnet Island Estate. This house was perfect for a lot of aunts/uncles/cousins reuniting! We enjoyed gathering in the large kitchen, the easy walk/bike to the beach and the bay, the double refrigerator, and using the games that were provided in the house. Mary was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. This house is also a quick walk/bike to Hotel LBI and less than 5 minutes away from Bonnet Island, in case you're looking for a house for a wedding weekend :)

Fantastic house for a wedding group!

Held my wedding over Labor Day weekend and was able to bring in extended family and friends to Mary’s house for the perfect reunion. House was absolutely ideal for a large group while maintaining enough bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Excellent property and communication - would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay!

Just as others have stated the pictures do not do this home justice! Beautiful home and so so spacious! Gorgeous kitchen! Owner was so beyond helpful and accommodating to a few little mix ups! We had a wonder time and loved the location!

Awesome Time

Our family came from Colorado for a week at the shore and the house was perfect. So much space to spread out. We loved everything about it. The kitchen was stocked and we especially enjoyed hanging out at the large kitchen table. Easy walk to beach and the bay. Mary was so attentive to any questions I had. We definitely look forward to another family vacation in this house. Thank you Mary!

Fantastic Family - Group Vacation Venue

Pictures do not fully capture how nice this home is outside or in. We had no reason to call the owner after we arrived because nothing was needed. The house was perfectly equipt ... not too much of anything and nothing was lacking .... everything was just right. We had 20 very comfortable and very happy guests. We highly recommend this vacation home.
