A short 2 block walk to a pristine beach and bay. The bay beach is perfect for children as it includes a fenced in lifeguard swimm area, gazebo, playground and bathroom facilities with shower. The bay also provides a perfect spot to launch paddle boards and kayaks. Walk a block down to find the perfect spot for fishing off the dock and picture perfect sunsets.

Our home is perfect for large families, wedding stays and gatherings for a wonderful beach vacation. Living room is located in the front of the house that leads into a fully equipped large eat in kitchen with granite counter tops, central island, multiple work stations and seating for 18+. Laundry/mudroom located off kitchen with extra refrigerator and half bath. Two bedrooms on the ground floor share a full bath. Six bedrooms upstairs with 2 1/2 baths. Additional sitting room located upstairs.

Outdoor area includes dining set, fire pit seating, front porch and front balcony gathering spots.

Several of our favorite restaurants within walking distance; Raimondo's, Zen's, Arlington, Russo's, La Spiaggi and LBI Hotel to name a few.
The country market for bread and pies and WaWa's for coffee and sandwiches are very convenient.
Local fisheries and bait shops within a few blocks.
Nearby apparel shops include Ron Jon's and B&B. Two nail salons and the LBI Hotel spa can provide a special vacation treat!
