This is a very nice house with a beautiful bay view and short walk to the beach (except that you do have to cross the Blvd). Kitchen is well-stocked.We rode out the Nor'easter here in October and were very comfortable.

We had a great week at this house, the house is large enough to accommodate big groups/families. We had 10 adults and 5 toddlers/baby with more than enough room.Check in/out was super easy. The house is in a great location and the views of the bay were amazing. The balconies overlooking the bay were great to hang out on.I would definitely recommend this house and would rent again in the future.

Great views of the bay. Ocean/beach just a few block walk. My family loved the outdoor shower. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Beach was not crowded. Very nice house with good location

Wonderful family beach rental

This was the perfect location for our family beach vacation on LBI! We stayed with a mix of young children, teens and adults, and the house accommodated everyone’s needs. The walking distance to the bay and easy access to the ocean beach were wonderful, and perfect for kids. The communication with owner was very easy and they were extremely responsive to any questions that arose. We hope to return and would highly recommend!!

Bay View is Special

House was just right for a family vacation of kids, adults, and grandparents. Everyone was comfortable. Central location made it easy for activities for all the ages. Best part was waking up to the bay view every day.

Perfect family vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We have four children between the ages of 2-7, and we didn't feel cramped at all. The bay-side beach was a short walk away with all the kids, perfect for their age. The hosts were great, communicative, available. We can't wait to stay here again next year.

Our stay was amazing! The owners were very prompt with their communication. The house location is perfect with beautiful views. Given how many people the house sleeps our only complaint was wishing there was more seating in the living room but other than that it was a great stay!

Perfect weekend stay for a wedding

Stayed with 11 friends for the weekend to celebrate our friend getting married at Bonney Island Estates. Short drive to venue. House was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Property Manager was easy to communicate with. We stayed in the off season, so I would recommend scheduling Ubers ahead of time if you need to take one.

Good experience, times, and memories around the property. The views were great, distance was perfect from the home to beach 🏖️. The house radiates positive energy but be careful for the wind as they slam the doors shut. In other words, Amazing stayyy!

Great location for a lovely property

Very nice home that fit our group of 7 well. It could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. Lots of fans and AC keep the place cool. Great views of bay and sunset. Excellent location and nice that owners allow access to beach chairs and badges.

Rented this house for the second year. Love the location (bayside), the layout of the house, and proximity to the beach. House needs some upgrades-plumbing, deck table, and outdoor shower all need attention

Awesome location! Breathtaking views!!

We had the best time at this house! The owner was communicating well with us throughout our stay and before. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the sunsets every night and we especially loved how we had quick access to the bay. Thank you for a lovely stay Meena! We had a blast!!!

Great house!

The owners were excellent and very prompt with communication. The house is in a wonderful location with great views of the bay and only two blocks from the ocean. The layout was open and spacious and the kitchen stocked well with cooking utensils and dishes. We loved it!
