This house was spectacular, it is a one of a kind gem. It is straight out of a Palm Beach movie set. I highly recommend staying here and I will be staying here again. The pool is huge, the back patio is a lovely place to eat, and the bedrooms are perfect for guests.

Bachelorette Weekend

We had the most incredible stay at this West Palm Home. Had lovely weather and spent every moment down by the beautiful pool. Great location - only about a 10 minute uber ride from all the fun bars and restaurants. Antoine was an excellent host with quick responses! Overall we had an incredible time. Only good things to say!

Great home for large families (We were 16). We had a great time. The heated pool was fantastic. Plenty of space to hang out both indoor and outdoor. We loved the home decor. It felt as if we were in Europe. Antoine was a great host. Very responsive.

A comfortable and familiar environment.

This home was absolutely delightful, and everyone was so pleased that they inquired about extending their stay. The architecture and decor were simply charming. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The pool was a great success with everyone, especially the younger guests. We spent many hours in the pool during the first few nights. The host was remarkably responsive. The fully equipped kitchen and expansive round table truly made it feel like a home. Our family thoroughly enjoyed preparing large dinners, setting aside our devices, and sharing meals filled with conversation and laughter. For us, it was the perfect place to vacation while we worked.

Last minute booking, large family. Amazing space for all 8 kids to hang out in. Great location. Had two small issues that were resolved immediately. Was absolutely amazed at how quick the issues were resolved by the owner. A++

Before booking I told the host we lived in a quiet, rural area and asked if the house was in a calm area. He assured me it was. This house is betwen the runway and Trump's heliocopter pad. Impossible to sit outside due to noise.That lack of transparency relates to the sad condition of the house. Doors off hinges etc.It's a shame as the house has good bones.

This property is in terrible disrepair. Very rundown and dirty. We had to bleach the bathrooms and still wore shower shoes, there was mold on the shower curtains. We replaced the liner in one bathroom. We left early after seeing a rat inside. I will never book anything through VRBO after this experience. The owner was in a little building next door and using the laundry while we were there which I found creepy. He also had his car and scooter in the driveway and wouldn't move it which was very inconvienient for us. Terrible experience. Pool was dirty too. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

I would like to clarify Christine’s review. I confirm that the house is a historic house: it is 100 years old and was built in 1925. It is perfectly well maintained and serious maintenance is carried out on an ongoing basis. There is a professional cleaning team in charge of cleaning, a gardening team that comes every two weeks, and a pool maintenance team that comes every week. In addition, there is a maintenance person dedicated to the house. Concerning rodents, the house, like most houses in Florida, is under contract with an exterminator who comes once a month to carry out a preventative treatment against insects and rodents. We have not been aware of the presence of mice inside the house until now and the treatment carried out by the exterminator as a preventative measure has so far borne fruit. We have not noticed the presence of rodents in the house since Christine left and have reported the information that Jeffrey gave us to the exterminator who has made a special intervention since then. There is a Driveway that can accommodate four cars. One car was parked on the driveway and Christine could access the other three spaces. Note that parking is also free on the street at the foot of the house. Christine asked that the car that is parked on a part of the driveway, which is not attached to the main house, be removed which was refused. Christine expressed herself in her review, which allows me, for my part, to share this information in response. I leave it to future travelers to form their own opinions by reading the 5 stars reviews that have been left by travelers who preceded Christine.
