This condo sleeps a total of 7 people. The condo comes with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer, private garage, balcony. A heated shared pool located on Lake Huron. You can enjoy a view of the Mackinaw Bridge while you are in the pool or drinking tea on your balcony. You must climb 17 steps to enter the main level of the condo. This is where everything is located other than the garage.

The rental manager will have a contract for you to read over and fill out. It will have to be faxed, emailed, text or mailed back to her prior to your arrival. It is a list of the condominium rules the will be enforced by the property manger at the complex. Such as no campers, trailers, boats, etc. There are 2 cameras on the patio with no audio. Both are facing the Mackinaw Bridge.
