We loved every minute of our stay. This trip was with my daughter and granddaughters and everything was perfect! Probably the best vacation we have ever had together. The house met all of our needs. No complaints whatsoever. We would certainly rent again if the need arose to be in the area. Highly recommend.

This house was everything we expected. Great house in a great location. It’s walking distance to Shepler’s Ferry and some good restaurants.

Traveling retired

We had a wonderful stay and John was so accommodating with an earlier check-in. The house was super clean and beds comfy. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook if needed. Close enough to walk to restaurants and ferry. We enjoyed the outside seating a few evenings and even say geese, deer and a black squirrel. Would recommend.

The best way to describe this place is at first glance it looks like Grandma’s house but then it feels like Grandma’s house. Everything you need to be comfortable and have a nice relaxing time with family or friends. We loved our stay!

Off street parking was ample and convenient. Water was very hot and I like it that way. Very convenient for the bridge walk. Grill had propane for our grilling purposes of the brats from the Family market just around the corner. Brats were delish. The step down between the primary bedroom and the bathroom was worrisome for my mid-night visits to relieve myself. Fans helped to circulate the air, as there was no A/C.

While property doesn’t list AC, it doesn’t say it doesn’t. Otherwise clean cute place. Hard to open the windows and some had no screens so couldn’t open and allow bugs in. Overpriced but everything in the area appeared overpriced for what you got.

Close to all the things we wanted to do

This cabin was close to downtown, sheplers, ferry, and the Mackinac bridge. We enjoyed it, and it was equipped with everything we needed.

Beautiful bunk house

The bunkhouse was beautiful and clean. Downstairs bed was very comfortable. The queen bed upstairs felt like it was going to fall apart! The king bed was very comfortable also. I would definitely recommend it.
