3 bedroom waterfront home located on Little Sebago Lake. This property includes a private dock and waterfront access. A perfect lakefront getaway to enjoy the beautiful lake views during the day and cozy up next to the fire-pit after sunset. Also great for the fall foliage and ice fishing in the winter.

This lakefront home is located on the southern end of Little Sebago Lake, which means you are just minutes from downtown Windham and only a 20 minute drive to the beautiful and fun city of Portland! Nearby you will also find Sebago Lake State Park and several other small beaches and parks to enjoy.

Great Rental!

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. Our children loved the lake with zero entry and a dock to jump off of. The neighbors were welcoming too! It’s hard to find a lake house with ALL the amenities offered for a fair price, that is clean, and has modern decor!

Great little cottage on Little Sebago!

We had a great week in this little cottage! It’s situated in a lovely quiet cove with friendly neighbors. The lake water was clear, warm, and shallow near the dock. The cottage was small but adequate for a family of 4, and the bathroom was outdated but fine. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and the A/C worked great! BYO boat, kayak, or SUP, there were none provided. All in all, a perfect escape to a peaceful lake.

Simply the Best!

This was our second stay at this beautiful camp and it was just as wonderful the 2nd time! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoy this spot. We live in Kentucky but I am from Maine and love any chance I can to show my husband and kids (6 and 4) the magic of Maine! This spot is the perfect place to do so and brings back so many great childhood memories for me of being “upta camp!” The camp (house) has everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was renovated since our previous stay and it is so nice! We also loved the two twin beds for our two kids. There is so much space inside, it’s perfect for a family! The outside property is impossible to beat, especially with small kids. There is so much nice flat space between the camp and the lake. The grill, fire pit, picnic table, chairs and dock make all of the outside activities a breeze. The lake is easy to access and the cove provides beautiful calm water. There is also a great amount of space for parking. The owners are easy to contact, kind and quick to respond to messages. We had the most wonderful week, and can’t wait to make our 3rd trip back in the future!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and we absolutely love it. The location is the best! The cove is smaller so it's very calm and laid back and all the neighbors were super nice and friendly. Can't wait to go back next year

A little slice of heaven!

As a native “Mainer” who now lives in Kentucky, my week at this camp was full of all the things I love about Maine! I traveled here with my husband and two children, ages 3 and 1, and everything couldn’t have been more perfect. The lot is ideal for small children with SO much flat like frontage, beautiful warm lake water, and gorgeous nightly sunsets. We loved the daily loon visits and hearing their calls at night as we relaxed by the fire pit after a day of fun. The heat pumps were a great added bonus, especially for my southern-rooted family who are used to the A/C! We couldn’t have had a better week!

Family fun

Our family of five had a great stay here. Kyan was very responsive and thorough. We were searching for a house on the water where our kids could enjoy the lake. This was exactly what we were looking for. We stepped right into the shallow sandy lake. We fished off the dock and took our kayaks out and around the lake. It was a very calm little cove leading into the main part of the lake. The boat traffic was minimal which was a bonus. We spotted lots of loons too! Our three boys had a blast diving off of the floating dock and making s’mores over the fire. The sunsets were gorgeous. The neighbors were very friendly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you Kyan for a memorable vacation.

Fabulous house, perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright spacious home! The location was perfect. Easy sloped access to the water, quiet cove great for swimming and a great dock. The house had all the basic necessities (including a great AC system!) and was easy to get to and super close to gas stations, groceries, restaurants and is only 11 minutes from the public launch. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

Nice cottage on beautiful Little Sebago

My husband and I and our 2 teenagers enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The lake is pristine - clear and calm making it perfect for kayaking and canoeing. The cottage is located on a pretty but densely populated cove with surprisingly little boat traffic. The neighbors are close, but quite friendly. You’d never know that civilization (grocery stores, fast food, Walmart) are just minutes away. The cottage was nice, however the bedrooms lack needed dressers and the kitchen would benefit from additional supplies (serving utensils, cookie sheets, serving bowls). Kyan was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions before our visit. All in all - a great family getaway at a time when we all need to get away.

Lake-front Living

This property, located directly on Little Sebago Lake, is well-described on VRBO, except for a couple of exceptions. While lake-front, the cottage is located on a small cove at the very bottom of LSL, so lacks expansive views and you will be quite close to your neighbors. Luckily, all were quiet while we visited, so no complaints there. The open concept living area is lovely, and the large glass windows to the lake provide a wonderful view. The beds, however, are very soft, so if you need a hard mattress, this one’s not for you. The grill is small as well, more like a camping grill than a normal size. Just a note in case you are a grill fanatic, although the owner told me he planned to replace it for next season. We had a snafu when checking in, which the owner handled right away, so kudos to him. The cleaning crew had not done their job, so when we arrived, we noticed the place needed cleaning. I contacted Kyan and he got a crew over to the place asap. Apparently, it had never been cleaned and the company neglected to notify him. I would definitely rent from Kyan again; he was responsive, responsible and very communicative..

Great Stay on Little Sebago

Awesome house for a small family to enjoy Little Sebago. House was clean an organized along with the outdoor area. House is in a nice quiet end of lake cove. Great for the kids to play in the water. Neighbors while close, they were very friendly. Caught some nice fish right off the dock as well. Only recommendation for the owner is to add some bureaus to the rooms to store clothes (only closet hanging space available). Highly recommend staying and we would book again in a heart beat.

A great vacation

The house was lovely, the lake has a sandy , shallow access with a floating dock , located on a quiet , friendly cove. The home was very clean. Little Sebago Lake is beautiful, calm and a great place to swim, fish and sightsee.
