Enjoy your stay at Georgetown Lake in this brand new townhouse! Located just steps away from Denton's Point Marina. You will be surrounded by expansive views of the lake & the Pintler Mountains. Georgetown Lake is a 4 season recreational wonderland with incredible downhill and x-country skiing, a world class golf course, endless hiking, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, abundant wildlife & countless mountain lakes, rivers and streams out the back door.



No matter what season you visit during, this property is a great choice!



With a boat launch right across the road, you can have your boat in the water in a matter of minutes! When you're finished for the day, there's a parking area on the property to park your boat.



This is one of the easier properties to access in the winter. It's located right off Georgetown Lake Road that is county maintained. There's no steep roads or driveways to worry about that can be tricky once it snows. Cozy up inside with a warm fire around the wood stove. With radiant floor heat, your feet will enjoy feeling pampered after a fun day at the ski hill.



If you have a larger group, the adjoining unit may be available during the dates you'd like. That way your entire group is together but everyone has plenty of space. That could be a great option for a wedding group or family reunion.

Lovely home.

The home has amazing views, the lake is right across the road. Our family really enjoyed the location and how spacious the home was.

Beautiful upstairs view of Georgetown Lake

Well keep 3-bedroom condo only 200 feet from Georgetown Lake. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area. Becky, the owner, was very friendly and responsive.

Great Stay on Georgetown Lake!

Perfect property to enjoy our time on Georgetown. Had a great time grilling on the grill and watching the sun go down over the lake. Enjoyed the short walk to the lake and the marina being across the street. Amazing location! You can't beat the view from the upstairs! Truly breathtaking. House was perfect. Great kitchen, living room and tons of room for us to all spread out. Host was great to deal with...highly recommended! Thank you again!

Georgetown beauty

The property was beautiful. Great view of the lake. Plenty of room to sit and visit. The fireplace really heated the home well. The torch for starting the fire was a great touch. Beds were a little too firm for my liking. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the host had turned on the heat ahead of time which was really great as it was 12° when we arrived. All in all a great property and i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a laid back experience.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving week. The guys were hunting and the gals went walking and cross country skiing on the lake. Cold but beautiful. The place is nice and very comfortable and has great views from the second floor. Thank you

We had such a good time at the lake! The house was awesome and the bed was so comfy. We loved the layout of the house and the view from upstairs is amazing! Great get away from everyday life!

Great Family Vacation

If you're looking for a clean, modern house, with plenty of space and a great view and good location, then this is the property for you. Three generations - totaling 7 people all enjoying out week at Georgetown Lake.
