With a public boat launch at Denton's Point, you can have your boat in the water within minutes of stepping out of the house.BATHROOMS, BEDROOMS, SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:-The house is able to sleep 8 people between 3 queen beds & 1 full size bed.-The master bedroom with a queen bed is on the main floor. It has an ensuite bathroom. It would be easily accessible for anyone that has trouble climbing stairs and needs to stay on the main floor.-Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen & full size beds. All of the beds have comfortable mattresses and linens. The bedrooms have light filtering curtains that will help you sleep in during your stay.-The master ensuite bathroom on the main floor has a big, step in shower. -There's a half bath located off the main floor laundry area.-There is a full bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combo.KITCHEN & DINING:The kitchen is well equipped with pots & pans, dishes, and other items to ensure you have a fantastic cooking experience. All of the appliances are brand new. There's a 3 in 1 Keurig (coffee, latte and cappuccino maker) & a starter amount of coffee pods will be provided. There is seating for 7 around the dining room table & another 3 seats at the bar area in the kitchen. UPSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM:The family room offers a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy! Inside the round barrel table, you can find a wide selection of card and board games. Challenge your family or friends to a game of ping pong, or opt for some video game fun with the Xbox available. The smart TV allows you to sign in to your favorite streaming services, while the high-speed internet access lets you upload photos or stay connected to work seamlessly.MAIN FLOOR LIVING ROOM-After a fun day of playing at the lake or ski hill, enjoy some family time while watching a movie or just enjoying each other's company. The living room has a brand new couch, loveseat, and recliner. There is a smart TV in this room a well. The living room into the kitchen has an open concept & allows for everyone to feel connected while someone is in the kitchen preparing a meal. LAUNDRY-The laundry area is on the main floor and has a full size washer & dryer that guests have access to.OUTDOORSDuring your stay, you'll have access to a Traeger grill, perfect for whipping up delicious meals! Unwind in the hammock or gather around the outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.For those seeking adventure, kayaks are available at the house, allowing you to explore the nearby waters at your leisure. Additionally, for an extra fee during the summer months, you might consider renting our 2023 Smoker Craft 182x Pro fishing boat, equipped with a trolling motor and a 150 hp Mercury motor.
