Private pool & hot tub retreat near downtown SLO

Hosted by SLO Cal Stays: Newly built home w/ 5bd, 5bth, large open concept living area, pool, hot tub, media room. Big views of hillsides provide beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Conveniently located in the middle of SLO's wine region, hiking trails + 2 miles to downtown SLO. This is our family home so the pantry is well stocked, we have tons of games and puzzles, and lots of outdoor activities available to you as well: bocce court, shuffleboard court & corn hole.

While we won't always be available in person, we are available to be messaged or called at any time.

This neighborhood is unique in SLO. It sits right on the county/city line and enjoys the benefits of both the county and city - animals graze in the pasture across the street at the neighbors', gorgeous hillside views all around, and a quick 2 mile drive downtown or wine tasting. Large neighborhood with residences spread out.

The entire property is available to our guests, except the barn, barn loft, and barn yard which is rented separately and has its own private entrance. The Barn Loft may be occupied by the hosts or other guests.

Both spaces are very private from one another. This home was newly built in 2019 and features bright spaces with beautiful views in all directions. Located in the county but just a couple miles to downtown. Sits on 2.5 acres and feels private from neighboring homes.

Public transportation (city bus) picks up right across the street.

The pool is very warm in the summer and early fall. If you'd like it to be heated in the off season, the cost is $100/day for the duration of your stay. The heating of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate.
