Beautifully remodeled 3bed, 2 bath property in the coveted Brookhaven addition. 10 minutes from Bricktown/Downtown/OU Med. Walking distance to Classen Curve, Whole Foods and Western Avenue night life. Curbless shower and soaker tub in master bath. Marble counters, bar, and fireplace.

House is yous to enjoy. Please pick up after yourself and put all used sheets, pillow cases, and towels in the washer to start before leaving. Please start dishwasher .
Cutting boards and coasters have been provided in the kitchen. Please Utilize Them! Do not set anything directly on counters. They are marble and will etch and stain. No coffee, wine, tomatoe juice, fruit juice, lemons, limes, alcohol or any other corrosive substances. They can be wiped down with SOAP & WATER only. :)

PLEASE DO NOT COOK BACON, AS IT LEAVES THE HOUSE STINKY FOR OTHER GUESTS!!

No parties or extra guests. No noise pollution. No on-street parking. No smoking in the house.
Guest must show driver's license upon booking and check in. Outdoor camera's for neighborhood security.

This house was great. Updated, clean, roomy and central a great location. Close to everything we planned to do. Nice quiet neighborhood and in a nice area of OKC. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect place in a geat location

Our family had a terrific holiday at this VRBO. The hostess is kind and quick to reply. The 3 bedroom house is nicely laid out, has 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with everything you need to cook. It was clean and close to everything we needed in OKC. I’d highly recommended this property.

Perfect place for our horse show stay

we spent the week here while attending a horse show at the fairgrounds. the neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to several restaurants. a quick drive to the horse show for us. the house comfortably fit three adults, two small kids, and a baby. miranda did a great job communicating as a host. we would definitely stay here again.

We were there for a week for a horse show at the fairgrounds. It was a great location only taking us 10-15 minutes back and forth. The house was very comfortable and had all the necessities we needed. Quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and shopping, Would stay there again. Host was very helpful and accommodating.

Charming in Excellent Location

This property is an older property in an excellent neighbor with ease access to all parts of OKC & surrounding suburbs as well as shopping, dining & entertainment. It's charming & has been tastefully remodeled. We experienced one or two minor issues, & Miranda, the property manager was very responsive. We look forward to an opportunity to stay again.

Perfectly charming, tastefully appointed, and conveniently located cottage

For our first Vrbo rental experience, it could not have gone better. The owner was accessible, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience in her property. We will be making more trips to the OKC area and this Vrbo will be our first choice for future stays.

Beautiful and quaint cottage!

We were looking for a property near the OKC State Fairgrounds for our group while we stayed for 10 days at a horse show. This property was perfect! Located in a nice neighborhood only 10 minutes from the fairgrounds. Very clean and spacious with beautiful updates. Miranda was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Quaint house in OKC

Our stay was this past weekend to celebrate OU's family weekend with my daughter. The house is super cute with new and very updated fixtures. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 6. The neighborhood is older but very quiet. The only complaint we had about our stay is that there wasn't a single window covering in the house. There were sheers in the main bedroom but they didn't offer any privacy. We ended up taping paper towels over the windows in the bathrooms and bedrooms as they are very close to the neighbors and easy to see inside. I get the feeling this is a new listing so those are probably to come. Everything else was great, so just be sure to ask about privacy and window coverings before you book. :-)

Great location close to everything

How was extremely clean and updated location was phenomenal 10-15mins away from everything from the mall to bricktown tons of restaurants near by and a Walmart down the street couldn’t ask for a better location highly recommended
