Come enjoy yourself at our Kamaole Sands true gem! Our gorgeous, completely remodeled condo is located on the first floor and is quiet, private and tranquil. You will love the fresh, open and airy floor-plan of this unit, tiled throughout and embellished with tasteful coastal decor.

Envision yourself savoring your favorite local fruits on your own LARGE private lanai where there is dining for 4 and a chaise lounge to relax! Kamaole Sands is located in the heart of Kihei, directly across from Kamaole Beach III. The complex offers a swimming pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, gym, BBQ, and a kiddy pool!

Come let us take your breath away as you soak in the mountain, garden and peek-a-boo ocean views from your own private lanai in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Have a wonderful night's rest after an eventful or relaxing day in your King Bed.
Relax in harmony as you revel in the amazing Maui breezes from your quaint living room, which includes a flat screen TV and air conditioning too! Accommodating 5 guests, this unit has a queen-sized pull-out sofa located in the living room. Also there is a small foldout bed from the living room chair/ottoman available for a child to allow for the fifth person!

Great location and easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was beautiful and was stocked with everything you need! My only complaint is that we didn’t book it for longer...

Great location, nice condo. Only recommendation would be that it could have been cleaner upon check in and a couple repairs made. Floors did not appear to have been mopped? There was something that looks like it was spilled on the floor by the front entry and a pillow case had what looked like possible blood stains? Window covering on side window was scary to open and close as it was very fragile, looks like a couple hinge pins are missing, and the fan in master bathroom does not work either, which is not ideal without a window in such a damp environment. Condo had everything one would need from kitchen items to even a cooler and beach supplies which was very nice and made visiting the beach enjoyable, which was our main reason for coming.

Nice place.

We had a very nice stay at this condo. It was very nice and clean. The whole property was very well kept. The condo had everything we needed. The condo the did feel a little narrow for a family of 5. The property managers were very easy to communicate with. We did have issues with people parking in our assigned parking spot and would have to call the office just to make sure that when we parked somewhere else, that our car would not get towed. The condo was nice walking distance to the beach and several shopping/eating places.
