Bienvenue à Nani Kai qui signifie «belle océan» en hawaïen. Nous sommes situés à la plus populaire et recherché complexe de condominiums sur Maui, Kamaole Sands.

Ce qui rend le meilleur et le plus populaire complexe de condominiums station-like de Kamaole Sands Maui sont les équipements qui comprennent 15 hectares de jardins tropicaux luxuriants, des fontaines, des cascades, des étangs Koi, piscines, spas jacuzzi, courts de tennis, centre de remise en forme, centres d'activité, barbecues au gaz et un parking gratuit.

Il est directement en face de la plage Kamaole III (l'une des meilleures plages de sable sur Maui) et minutes de Kamaole I, Kamaole II, Keawekapu, Elua, et des plages de Wailea. Beach view? Like everyone at Kamaole Sands, we had to look around the corner of our balcony to get a look at the beach. It wasn't exactly what we'd call an Oceanview. Room is not "Newly Remodeled"; remodel was a few years ago. But room was clean, spacious; and we liked having 2 bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable.Room provided some helpful amenities like beach chairs/mats, insulated cooler, insect repellant, kitchen extras like plastic wrap for leftovers. Handle of screen door fell off a few times until my husband found some adhesive and got it to stay on. Water backs up in the kitchen sink. Sink in master bathroom has a plug that sticks and then doesn't drain.

Home Away From Home

First impression was we honestly weren't sure. But it didn't take long until we felt right at home. This place was the perfect fit for us. It had everything we needed....and more. It even had scotch tape!! Elly was a fantastic host...very approachable, pleasant, and accommodating. She customed our stay to meet our needs, which made our stay exceptionally pleasant right up until the end. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to re-visit Maui. Quick little Get-a-way

The Condo was perfect and located in our favorite Kamaole Sands Property! The owner was extremely responsive and communication was easy and helpful. The condo was clean & comfortable and we genuinely enjoyed our little escape. We would definitely rent this unit again. Great stay!

Elly's vacation home is a perfect location if you'd like to be a close distance to the beaches, local restaurants, and stores in Kihei and Wailea. It was a good home base for us as we explored the upcountry, Haleakala National Park, Paia, Maalea harbor, and West Maui. Instructions were very clear and communication is prompt. If you sleep more comfortably with the AC on at night, be mindful that the AC system runs for 6 hours max on one cycle, which you can turn on again.

Excellent accommodations

Staying at the Kamaole Sands was a great decision. It was clean and located very close to several beaches and several delightful restaurants. Being from Alaska, we dont have much beach gear, except for swimming suits. However, the owner of the condo that we stayed at had beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards, as well as a wagon to haul everything in. We had a wonderful time. Kamaole Sands was a lovely respite after a hard day of play.

Great location!!

Overall, our stay was great. We had a few issues...the outdoor furniture on the balcony was very uncomfortable and for the amount of time we spent on it, we would have loved something with cushions and more comfort. The floors were filthy from day one! We could smell it was cleaned when we walked in, but when walking on the floor our feet would be filthy. There was not enough seating in the livingroom. The couch is small and very lived in. Has room for larger comfortable furniture so an upgrade is needed. Other than those issues we had a great time in Hawaii. A big plus was the location. Within walking distace of so much.

Very nice 1 Bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms 👍(nice benefit). The facility is very clean and the furniture in good condition. Bed mattress seamed like new, very comfortable . Overall facility well maintained. The condo is where Wailea and Kihei cities joint. 2 minute walk to beach. Great location to drive around the island. Because of our intimate knowledge of Maui, we love to share the many secrets of Maui with our guests to make their visit extraordinary. Since we bought the condo, our boys are constantly pestering us to take them there to enjoy the pool, tennis courts and especially Kamaole III beach park. We just love spending time there and on the rare occassion when we could, it's hard to tear ourselves away to go back to reality.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It was a no brainer to purchase a unit at Kamaole Sands when we decided to invest in a vacation rental. We never even consider other condo complexes. Kamaole Sands is by far the BEST in South Maui. Because it was originally built as a hotel, Kam Sands has all the ammenities of a hotel including fitness center, pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, fountains, ponds, gardens, picnic tables, barbecues. Not only that, but the rooms are much larger than at other condo complexes.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It's a tie between the bed and the beach. The brand new King size bed in the master bedroom is more comfortable than the bed we have at home. We have a hard time getting out of bed to walk down to one of the best beaches on Maui. Kamaole III beach park is great for snorkeling, diving, swimming, boogy boarding, surfing or just laying out on the warm soft sand.
