Oceanfront Oasis in Myrtle Beach at South Beach

Newly renovated corner, oceanfront condo on high floor, 2 bd, 2ba with amazing ocean views. Each bedroom has balcony; king bed in oceanfront master, 2nd bedroom with two queen beds has ocean view. Well stocked with dishes, cookware and linens. Comfortable and clean. 4 Indoor/Outdoor Pools, lazy river, onsite cafe, WiFi internet, Smart TV, fitness room, water dryer. South Beach is the quieter end of MB......Walk to the Market Common and Myrtle Beach State Park.
HOUSE RULES
- Any issue within the condo should be addressed to us, not the front desk. Our cell numbers are on the cover of welcome book in condo.
- This is a no smoking building.
- To save the walls in the condo please unload and load the luggage carts from the hallway and do not bring inside unit.
- Do not leave the cart outside the door as it is an emergency evacuation hazard. Return your cart to garage immediately for others to use.
- There is no maid service for this unit.
- Empty your trash i the dumpster marked “Offsite Rentals” on ground floor of the garage. Do not leave bagged trash in the hallway.
- Only use Sprayway cleaner (under the sink) on the kitchen counters. Other cleaners with ammonia will discolor the counters.
- Do not hang anything from the balcony or from the sprinklers heads in the condo.

WHEN YOU DEPART
- Remove all food from refrigerator, cabinets and counters.
- Empty all trash.
- You have paid a cleaning fee, but we expect you to respect our home and leave it in tidy condition.
- Wash dishes used or load and start dishwasher.
- Check out is absolutely no later than 10:30 am
- Return keys to front desk

Excellent oceanfront location for families

We loved this condo and location was perfect for all ages! Very easy to get in touch with property manager and she even texted to check in and make sure we didn't need anything! Will definitely be looking into booking again!

Family vacation

Our family stayed here for our summer vacation and really enjoyed the condo and location. The owner was outstanding with her communication , instructions and information. The condo was as described and very clean and perfect for our stay. We loved how there were beach chairs and boogie boards. Access in and around the property was easy and seamless. There were little touches throughout which were appreciated like books (for my wife), board games/playing cards and faith-based nuances (bathroom hand soap bottles).The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the bedding. The couch was comfy and perfect. We had everything we needed within the condo including the keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer and nice dining table that we played several hours of rummy. My son and I did parasailing just down the beach (about a 12-14 minute walk down the beach) which was awesome nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or better hosts. Owners and their condo are awesome and will look to stay again.

Best Vacation Yet!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family. Access to the beach is easy. There are showers/faucets to rinse the sand off when returning. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river when the sun got to be too much. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Host communicated well and supplied everything you might have needed for the beach including towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, body boards, etc. Could not have asked a better place to stay.
Don't miss an opportunity for a sunrise on the Atlantic.
Great view of the beach and ocean from the 9th floor main balcony.

Relaxing with a view

This was a wonderful property. The unit was well kept and the owners were very keep in touch and check to make sure everything is going good. The view is amazing and the ability to walk out to the beach at anytime is awesome. The property is well maintained and is always kept clean. The property is also very quiet no issues with noise or loud guests. Also highly recommend a trip to the Georgetown area at least once. Tons of restaurants and small shops and a lot of history in that town.

Great views with large balcony

Our family stayed here while visiting us and they absolutely loved it, especially the balcony views! The location worked well for them as I think they hit all the tourists spots. It is clean and spacious and everything worked as expected. And the hosts are the best!!

Beautiful family vacation

We absolutely loved staying here! This was easily the cleanest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at.The views and beach access cannot be beat! We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again next year.

Never disappointed

Our 4th stay and we fall in love all over again each time we're here. The view, the beach, cleanliness, and all the kitchen amenities we needed. Deb checked in with usc to ensure we had everything we needed.

All the comforts of home

This condo has everything you might need for your stay plus beautiful sunrises, ocean views, a clean beach, and a comfortable condo for four adults. Conveniently close to attractions and shopping. I would highly recommend this place and the owner's were very attentive to our needs.

Girlfriend getaway

We just wanted to relax & stay right in the ocean. The condo had a perfect view from all rooms. The decor was nice & the owners were very attentive & prompt accommodating our needs. It was organized & well supplied. Beach was easily accessible & we enjoyed the Lazy River as well as the beach. The location is close to many restaurants.

Great home away from home but with a better view

The property was nice. Easy access to the beach, several pool options and walking distance to food and entertainment. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make it our little home for the week. The views were great and we enjoyed the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay

Great location with all the convenience of home

This condo was gorgeous. The location right on the beach with amazing views was stunning. The condo itself was comfortable and clean. The owner truly had it stocked with everything you could possibly need. The communication with the owner was easy and despite her being out of the country on a trip herself she made sure we were well taken care of. The floor was a little sandy when we arrived and there were a few petals scattered about that had fallen off the plants but aside from that it was clean (and I expect sand at the beach!) check in was easy as was parking. Truly a great stay. I hope we can return some day

Fantastic Condo!

We had a great stay, the condo was beautiful. The view was amazing! We took lots of great pictures from the balcony. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Great hosts, very communicative.
