PRIME LOCATION: Immaculate 2BR/2BA Myrtle Beach condo, freshly painted and upgraded, designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Our newest unit features a primary suite with plush king bed and ensuite bath/laundry; second bedroom offers two double beds—perfect for families or friends traveling together. Queen pull-out sofa in living room adds even more space. Both bathrooms come stocked with starter essentials, including a hair dryer, making it easy to freshen up for your day.

The on-site fitness center, lively arcade/game rooms, casual eateries, hand ball court, shared pools, lazy river, hot tub, and more are all just steps away.
This top floor condominium has a private balcony ocean view. As our guest on the Grand Strand, you'll be able to kick back and relax in central air conditioning while your beach towels fluff up in the private washer/dryer. There is a TV in each bedroom so everyone can relax with their favorite shows. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking up beach snacks or a frozen drink to enjoy on the balcony. The beach and the pools are each just an elevator ride away!

This condo is specifically located along Myrtle Beach's “Golden Mile,” in the Cabana section of the Grand Strand. You're right by numerous beachfront restaurants, in addition to the on-site restaurant and bar. Pine Lakes Country Club, called the 'Grandaddy' of Myrtle Beach's golf courses, is just one mile away! If you're looking to sample some local vintage, Duplin Winery and Carolina Vineyards Winery are both within nine miles of the condo.

The room was great. The view was nice from the 12th floor. We watched the sun rise every morning and found sharks teeth. The ocean was great for body boarding. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay! This condo was amazing, with fantastic beach and pool access. The beach was just steps from the pool, making it so easy to enjoy both throughout the day. The balcony view was beautiful, and having our morning coffee while watching the waves was a great way to start each day.The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.Jeff and Shelley were wonderful hosts and excellent communicators from start to finish. This is a great family spot. Remember to bring your own beach towels. The beach was within steps, nice pools and a lazy river. The only thing that needs improved is the parking lot. It is dangerous when coming and going…one lane

Typical oceanfront parking garage with less than 7' clearance and tight turns. You are right. Even with those angled mirrors and your headlights, caution is wise. Great deal for a resort located on the beach. Everything was as expected. I loved having a washer and dryer right in our room. The bar located inside the resort has good food & excellent service. Parking can be tricky at times due to limited space on ground level for over sized vehicles as we did have to pay to park a block down for 2 nights out of the 7.

We absolutely love this condo! It was located away from the noise of the main strip but close enough that it's a quick drive down the road. Being located right on the beach was super important to us and this was steps away! The sunrises on the beach couldn't be beat! I loved having lifeguards close with having younger children. And the treasures of the sea were plentiful! The foot wash, showers and shell cleaning sink were such great resources to have to limit sand tracking into the condo. The grounds on the resort had plenty of fun items to keep the kids busy including the pools, lazy river, and arcade. The room was perfect for our family of four. Views from the balcony were spectacular and enough seating for all of us. The kitchen was stocked well. The fridge with an ice maker was super useful. There are ice makers on 5 of the floors of the resort if the one in the condo wasn't enough for packing the cooler. There was absolutely NO shortage of HOT water! We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit a well! Jeffrey and Shelley were available when we experienced a slight hiccup at checkin, which was quickly resolved. The welcome package and email were both greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The condo is beautifully updated with fresh paint, quality linens, and plush towels that made it feel like a luxury stay. The thoughtful welcome gift of wine and chocolates from the host was such a nice surprise and made us feel instantly at home.The balcony faces south with an ocean view to the left — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the gorgeous skies. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed for our meals.The resort amenities were well maintained, and even though the indoor pool was temporarily closed for repairs during our visit, there was still plenty to enjoy. The surrounding area is very upscale, peaceful, and feels completely secure.We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be checking the availability of this unit for our next visit!

5 stars isn't enough to rate, should be more like 10 stars!!! The host, Jeffrey, is extremely accommodating and responds in a very timely manner to any request! He goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an amazing experience and has everything they need. The condo was perfect on the beach with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a sofa bed in the living room, a nice balcony with a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. Plenty of towels, linens and extra comforters/blankets/pillows are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals for your family, and a dishwasher for quick clean up. There is a washer and dryer, the showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner and shower wash, and the bathrooms have blow-dryers. The condo is located a block from the main "strip" so it's fairly quiet but also close to everything. There is a "Snack Shack" equipped with a large of variety of drinks and juices, as well as snacks, over the counter medications and beach necessities like sunscreen, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. for purchase. There is also a bar and grill that sells ice cream for the kids, has a full bar, extended food menu and also makes great virgin frozen drinks. Last but not least, there is an arcade for the kids. In short, Jeffrey and his family have thought of everything you will need to make your stay a peaceful and relaxing one!!!

We had not stayed in the northern end of Myrtle Beach prior to this visit, but we were very impressed with this property and this resort.The overall impression is that this resort is aggressively maintained, based on the amenities and the hallway and access improvements currently underway.The condominium rental unit itself was immaculate and very pleasing. It was beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings, plush towels and good linens, and a kitchen well-equipped for our needs.We enjoyed our balcony ocean view and surroundings. A quick question to the hosts was answered promptly and cordially.This resort is in an attractive, pleasant residential oceanfront area. However, we were still just minutes away from the usual retail and convenience stores we regularly use.We will definitely be booking here again, now that we know what to expect.

The cleanliness was good, and the condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description.My only preference would be to have white linens on the beds, as I personally find them to feel cleaner and more inviting. We had such a great stay in Myrtle Beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect… close to everything we wanted to do, but we especially loved being right on the beach and having such easy access to the ocean.Everything was exactly as described, check-in was easy, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect home base for our Myrtle Beach vacation, and we made so many great memories here. We would absolutely stay again and would definitely recommend it to other families visiting the area!

The condo was clean and accurate based on the description. Communication with the host was easy and reliable. The location of the condo was perfect! Super easy to get to the private beach access. Pool and amenities were clean and fun for the kids!My only complaint is the parking situation! This parking garage is only a one way, so you have to be very careful when entering and exiting. It also does not have a height to support big vehicles, so with my expedition the only option was to park on the first floor and if there wasn’t a space, I was out of luck. I’m not sure there is anything the owners of the condo can do, but it is definitely an opportunity and something guests should know about prior to arrival.Thank you for allowing us to experience a wonderful week with our family!

Contractor sized vehicles are definitely better off on the ground level of the garage. Most of our resorts with garages post vehicle heights of about 6'2". At 6'3", you were definitely better off parking on the contractor level. We are pleased to hear that all the considerations over which we do have influence met with your approval.
