Tahoe Donner Condo on the Creek

Located in Tahoe Donner, this one bedroom condominium sits a short (one-minute) walk to the ski slopes of Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area.

The condo is open and spacious with a living room, couch, coffee table and lots of windows and natural light. A TV, open kitchen and separate seating/reading nook are also on the first floor. The sofa has a queen sleep pullout and the reading nook has a single bed pullout for a couple extra friends or family. The remodeled kitchen has everything you need to make delicious home-cooked meals. Upstairs is the newly renovated bathroom, washer dryer and bedroom with a Queen bed. This floor is protected by great bear photography!

When you enter the condo there is a mud room great for stashing boots, jackets, skis, hiking boots and other fun toys for your time in the mountains.

Please visit the Tahoe Donner website for a full list of public amenities including information on the Downhill Ski Resort, Cross County Ski Center, Snowplay, Tahoe Donner Golf Course, Alder Creek Adventure Center, Bikeworks, mountain biking and hiking trails, and other recreational programs and events. There are also several dining options throughout Tahoe Donner that are open to the public. All amenities except the downhill ski area are not within walking distance and will require a vehicle to drive there.

HOA amenities that guests will have access to for a daily fee include the Trout Creek Recreation Center, Tennis Center, Beach Club Marina, and Rec Hut. Trout Creek has a fitness center, recreation pool, lap pool, steam room, dry sauna, and spas. Your rental will come with 4 guest passes for a discounted rate on private amenities. Each pass is good for one person per day, children 3 and under are excluded. STR Guests may be required to make reservations in advance during peak season or possibly denied access based on availability. Daily prices are subject to change and enforced by the Tahoe Donner HOA.

PROPERTY NOTES
* There is an exterior camera at the front entry that points outward towards the stairs.
* The condo is located in the Ski Bowl condos and the HOA manages the snow removal of the paths throughout the complex. This condo requires a walk of about 75 feet from the parking lot to the condo at a slight incline. In the winter, this path may have snow or ice on it. It may not be suitable for someone in the winter that isn't able, or comfortable walking on snow or ice.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
