Awesome place to stay!! Opened the door and there was the ocean. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Building is quiet as well. The Owner is wonderful. Great communication. Answered my questions almost immediately. Unit was very well stocked with all you could need. We enjoyed our Christmas holiday there and hope to return soon.

Neda is a very responsive owner, we had no issues. The view was unforgettable, the condo was well supplied and clean. We would definitely rent from Neda again and would have rented this condo again if it was available.

Even better than the pictures!!!!

This property was AMAZING!!! Beautifully decorated - we had everything we needed an then some!! The beds were incredibly comfortable and linens high quality! The view cannot be explained - incredible. This was such a beautiful place, lovely neighbors, quiet and private (uncrowded) beach. When sitting on the patio you feel like you are on an island by yourself - yet right around the corner is anything and everything you want and need (shopping, movies, etc.). I just cannot say enough good things about this place - I will be back! Also very simple check process - I cannot thank the owner enough :)

Wonderful property, beautiful location

We loved the property! Very well furnished, with modern equipment. Deck was very nice. Each room had a large screen TV. Beautiful beach and on site manager and wife were very helpful with suggestions on places to go and things to see in the area. And the complex has a small car wash and a very nice pool! This is a great area, mid point between Fort Pierce and Stuart. Lots of very nice parks, 2 large historical theatres, restored, and lots of great restaurants. It was a great month!

Simply perfect!

The condo was just as advertised. We lacked for nothing. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware and dinnerware. There were plenty of linens and towels. The furnishings were comfortable and the bed was exquisite! I cannot say enough about the stupendous view from the balcony and the beach. There were relatively few people directly in our area. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily strolls along the water. The location is convenient for visiting other areas in the region. The people were all very friendly. Neda was wonderful to work with and very prompt to respond. We booked on a very short time limit arriving within a couple of weeks of the reservation request and had no issues. She was also prompt in refunding the damage deposit. We would certainly consider renting this condo from her again. Lisha and Stephen Johnson

A most enchanting location

One month in this elegantly furnished, quiet and spotless condo was a memorable experience. Being so close to the ocean and the beach was fabulous. The heated pool is well maintained and often concluded a nice day at the beach. The magnificent view of the sunrise on the ocean was quite impressive. The kitchen is very well equipped. It even had an expresso coffee pot. Only one suggestion would be to leave in the cupboard some of the basic cooking ingredients such as spices, sugar, flour, oil, vinegar, so as not to have to buy these and leave most of them at departure. Otherwise a 10/10 experience. Thanks to Mrs Kos, a most friendly and cooperative owner. We will be back.

Spectacular ocean view!

We had a magnificent stay in the condo. The description of the property does not do it justice, it was much more wonderful!! There is a perfect view of the ocean. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner is easily accessible and answered all my email inquiries immediately. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. There are restaurants with in walking distance. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location

Most fantastic vacation ever!

This is the place to relax and unwind! My family made the most wonderful memories! This condo was roomy and very well decorated. I did not want to leave and I will be back. And did I mention the view, the only words I have are spectacular!

We’ll be back!

It was meant to be. We were in desperate need of some serious R & R and a quality place to stay by the sea. We’d left it late to book, but there, beautifully marketed on the internet, was what seemed to be a perfect condo at Atlantis 3. Neda made the booking process easy for us and we arrived to be “meeted and greeted” by the lovely Julie on 17th December. The oceanfront condo gave us a private slice of the beach and ocean. It was wonderful to be so close and to be lulled by the murmur of the waves. For the next two weeks we were free to do as much or as little as we wanted. We chose to watch the fisher people, the surfers, and of course, the gulls and the pelicans from the beach chairs Neda had provided along with all manner of things you might need for a day out. The condo was exceptionally clean and well-equipped: WiFi and printing facilities for the times when we were forced to check emails; oodles of fluffy white towels and linen which I love; and a superbly equipped kitchen to satisfy the keenest of cooks. When we ate in, it was easy to get first-class fresh produce from Publix a few minutes away and eat in style – Neda had even supplied candles. When we ate out, there was local choice including the informal Shuckers and the wonderful fine-dining experience of Pietro’s on the Ocean, run with style and precision by Pietro himself. We ate there nearly every other night and every time it lived up to its acclaimed reputation. This part Florida has preserved its pristine beaches and is also a good base from which to explore if you feel you must leave the beach. We didn’t go that far, but did get to Kennedy Space Centre (2 hours north) where we had lunch with astronaut, Sam Gemar, and the Elliot museum (5 minutes south) where we chatted with the local and very friendly staff. Neda had taken care of everything. It even seemed she’d sorted the weather for us as we enjoyed most days with temperatures in the eighties and cloudless skies. It is not often the product lives up to the marketing hype, but in this case it exceeded it. I suppose the test of a good place to stay is to ask yourselves, whether you’d come again and whether you’d recommend it to your friends. The answer to both questions is a resounding, YES. And next time we’d stay longer. Oh, and we’d bring a couple of eggs cups with us so that we crazy Welsh people could have our boiled eggs for breakfast. Jane and Philip Llangennith Wales
