Condo en bord de mer avec de superbes vues et grand balcon

Magnifique condo en bord de mer sur l'île Hutchinson à Stuart en Floride, rénové en 2017 et disponible à la semaine, au mois ou à la saison. Observez l'océan depuis l'ensemble du salon / cuisine décloisonné ainsi que de la chambre principale. Le balcon profond et surdimensionné offre un cadre confortable pour la vie en plein air. Le grand canapé sectionnel en cuir a des fauteuils inclinables électriques à chaque extrémité et à côté se trouve un joli fauteuil inclinable. Comptoirs en granit et nouveaux appareils dans la cuisine. Le téléviseur du salon dispose d'un téléviseur intelligent Samsung 4K de 65 ", avec une programmation par câble Xfinity avec 140 chaînes. TVHD de 40" dans chaque chambre également. Internet sans fil haut débit (75 + Mb). Nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme sur tous les lits à partir de juin 2019.

Le Pelican Building est situé dans la belle station balnéaire d'Indian River Plantation et est pratique pour le centre-ville de Stuart et la plage de Jensen. En raison des restrictions de hauteur des bâtiments, les plages sont moins fréquentées que les zones environnantes. Le Marriott Sandpiper Tiki Bar est situé dans une promenade facile pour un cocktail ou un déjeuner, mais assez loin pour être discret. Notre piscine est située sur le côté nord du bâtiment (proche mais hors de vue et d'entendre!) avec de grandes chaises longues, des tables, des barbecues et des toilettes; il est rarement occupé. Publix est à moins d'un mile de distance, il n'est donc pas nécessaire de revenir sur le pont pour faire l'épicerie. Notre condo est bien fourni avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires et de nombreuses épices sont fournies.

Great family Vacation

It was our Granddaughter's Birthday surprise she was so happy to see the property. She swam in the ocean and pool every day. As a family with our daughter and son-in law it was a great experience. We enjoyed our staying in this property and will be back.

Great spot and unit. We had family stay in other units in the building and this one was easily the best. The furniture, beds, TV, and patio are all great. Charles is a great host and was impressively responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. Our family enjoyed the large balcony with comfortable furniture. It was so nice to sit and relax while watching the ocean. The interior was lovely. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would choose this condo again and again.

Wonderful oceanfront property!

We loved our week at this condo! Everything we could possibly need was there, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed mornings on the deck, with beautiful views of the ocean. Afternoons were spent on the beach, which was literally steps from the condo. Our only complaint is that we only booked a week! Definitely wanted to stay longer!

Lovely, Well-Equipped Condo

This is an ideal location on Hutchinson Island. First of all, it is right on an uncrowded beach, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Several restaurants and the grocery store are within walking distance. The owner was exceptionally responsive to our needs. After being rented so frequently, some updates to the property would be desirable.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo.

The view of the ocean from the condo was beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the complex and the easy access to the beach. The pool can get busy as it is shared by two condo complexes. All in all we had a wonderful time. We had a issue with one of the bathrooms upon our arrival,made a phone call and the issue was addressed. We had wonderful weather during our visit.

Thanks for your kind review. We love our condo for the reasons you mentioned--a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The pool is rarely busy but when it is, you won't hear any noise since our condo faces Southeast, away from the pool area. I hope that you will visit us again next year!

Our family is from Central Florida and we purchased this condo mainly for our own use, but also to offer to guests as a vacation rental when we cannot use it ourselves. We renovated and furnished it to a higher level than most units to ensure that there is ample seating, convenient TV viewing, a fully functional kitchen, and a reading chair in each room.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We've rented in the area for several years and we quickly realized that we wanted a place on South Hutchinson Island convenient to Downtown Stuart, which is our favorite small city in Florida-- not too crowded but large enough to offer amenities like many good restaurants and shopping. We focused on the Indian River Plantation because it is a resort community large enough to create a buffer between State Road A1A and the ocean, so there is no busy street directly behind us like most of the condos up and down the coast. Instead there is a golf course and lots of green space and walking paths. We chose the Southeast side of the Pelican Building in particular because of its direct oceanfront location and its separation from other buildings. This makes for better views and more peace and quiet; there is a nice heated pool on the north side of the building, but we are shielded from any noise. Being on the Southeast side also means we enjoy the prevailing southern breeze during the hotter months of the year while being protected from colder winds in the winter. One of the reasons the beach is uncrowded is that Martin County restricts the height of all buildings to four stories and smaller buildings equals fewer people on the beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our condo is on the third floor of the four-story Pelican building and it affords great views of the ocean that aren't possible on lower floors. There are two types of two-bedroom units in our building and we have stayed in both. The end units are nice but they lack the deep balconies and oceanfront master bedroom that our condo has. There is nothing like waking up in the morning to the sight and sound of the sea, and the deep balcony allows lots of room for outdoor living and dining.
