180 degrees of Ocean, 42 miles of unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea! This Mediterranean multifamily building sits on the side of a cliff. On a clear day view the island of St. Thomas from the terrace. It is 25 minute drive to the ferry which departs to PR' Virgin Islands of Palomino, Vieques, or Culebra. The National Rain Forest, El Yunque is in the neighboring city.

The space, a 2/1 with large bedrooms. Feel free to sleep indoor or outdoor. A breath taking breeze engulfs the living /dining area there is enormous open balcony, with adjustable walls . Lounge on the hammock, have breakfast viewing the sunrise. Fully equipped kitchen.

Unforgettable Stay with a Stunning Bay View!

Our stay at this Marina Bay gem was nothing short of amazing. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the bay and sunrise each morning was truly a highlight—it felt like something out of a postcard. The space itself was spacious, spotless, and very well organized, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area was especially unique—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying the ocean breeze in the evening. This place is a rare find and made our trip to Puerto Rico incredibly memorable. Can’t wait to come back!

Great apartment with amazing views

Stayed here for a couple nights and had a blast. Apartment has stunning views and everything you would need. Since the listing was slightly unclear, there are two bedrooms indoors that each have their own bathroom. One of the indoor bedrooms has two queen (either queen or double ) beds and the other has a queen. Then there is a bed outdoors that can easily fit two people if you wanted to sleep outside on the patio. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful beachfront apartment

We loved our stay at Punta BaterĂ­a. Very spacious apartment. Nice breeze all day. I would recommend to put black out curtain in both rooms. Kimberly was so kind and gave us recommendations about tours and places to go. We definitely will stay here again.

Caribbean Dream!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The views were incredible. Perfect breeze flowing through the apartment. Clean rooms and bathrooms, AC in the bedrooms at night. All the kitchen gear you need. Natalia the neighbor across the street even came and gave us massage on the balcony. Kimberly the property manager was very awesome and very helpful. Snorkeling at Seven Seas and Hiking El Yunque were close. Can’t want so come back.

Fantastic Views

The open patio has an amazing view looking East and north. The kitchen was well supplied. The 2 king beds (and a Queen!) were very comfortable. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms too! We spent lots of time in the hammocks and in the beautiful breeze. I’d highly recommend this place. Our host is a great communicator too. We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful view, very clean, peaceful and safe, too short our stay, my grandson loved it and so did we. As in all the paradises of the world, we need to find a safe haven from the mosquitos, they never quit and are hard to be seen. I rate it as exceptional.

Beautiful views; however, the property could use some maintenance (doors, hinges, locks), shower needs updating, many ants and cobwebs. Still, we had a great time!

Amazing View!!!

The view was spectacular. Loved the open layout and the breeze throughtout the apt was wonderful. It was so hard to leave. Also Kimberly the property manager was great, responsive, made you feel welcomed and you could ask her anything and she will go above and beyond to assist you. I miss her already! It was the best vacation we ever had and we are already making plans to go again next year!

This place is a hidden gem

I would come back here every time we visit the island. The views are priceless, the property manager Kimberly was very attentive and gave us great tips to local spots. I’ve already shared with friends and families so that they can check this place out!

Great view

Overall the place was fine. Loved the lanai and the view off of it. Nothing fancy inside. Manager was very responsive, which was great. Great location. I would consider staying there again, but would make sure they had taken care of bug issues. We woke up with bug bites (guessing a combination of no-see-ums and something else).

Amazing views!

We did not want to leave these amazing views! The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores as well as right on the marina. I would say it is a more comfortable stay for 4 than 6.

My teenage daughter would give this place an 11 out of 10 - as she loved the views, breeze, and atmosphere. The two bedroom apartment is very bright and spacious - especially the huge porch with fine, expansive views out over the ocean. Some of the furnishings and bathroom fixtures seem a little tired, non-luxurious. If that matters less to you than the porch/view, then this will be a good choice for a short or long stay. The A/C can be noisy when it cycles on - but it does work effectively. We lost all water pressure during our final evening and final morning here. Not the end of the world - and presumably addressed by now. There's a friendly local cat who got onto our porch and into the apt one morning. That's a feature if you like cats (we did) - but might be something to ask about if you have allergies (we do not). When navigating here, Google search for "Punta Bateria." The house is at the end of the road on the right. Parking available on site. The road in/out of the area includes one junction where any normal car bottoms out. Watch out for the scars on the road and go very slowly at that junction! Clothes washing can be done on site - but only after 430pm. As others note, the house manager speaks English well, is helpful, and is a good communicator. There are restaurants and stores (including a good Ralph's supermarket) a short drive away.

Best view ever!

This property has the best view of the ocean and islands with a 180 degree view. The porch and hammocks made us not want to leave.

Not as described

The views from this place are spectacular. However, the neighborhood is sketchy and the place was not clean. We washed all dishes before using them. The oven was coated with grease and food on the outside. The bedding and floors were clean. Also, this place does sleep 6, but one of the beds is an inflatable mattress on the back porch (outside). We all ended up with lots of bug bites.

Fajardo 2/23 Review

The check-in process was super smooth and Kimberly is the sweetest! The house is extremely outdated and needs new kitchen appliances and also the bathroom doesn’t have a shower liner to stop the water from leaking on too the floor. We had to use several towels to stop the water from splashing everywhere. There is also a sugar ant infestation in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Kimberly is super responsive but Jorge the host does not respond via VRBO messaging.

Amazing views from the kitchen to the patio! The doors all open wide to capture the ocean air breezes! I was in awe every morning of the view! This apartment has everything you need provided. We recommend this place to anyone who is looking for relaxation and peace and quiet! Exactly as pictured, but better and sweeter. The apartment manager Kim was there if we needed her, and if we wanted privacy it was granted! Excellent in our humble opinion! 10 out of 10.

Nice getaway w/amazing views of the ocean!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Fajardo!! Jorge and Kim are gracious hosts and responded in a timely manner whenever we needed something!! Upon entering this apartment you are hit with this amazing view of the ocean and distant islands!!. The view continues from the patio which includes a couple of hammocks to lounge on, outdoor air bed and table w/seating for 4. The bedrooms and bathroom are adequate. A/C is available but not needed as the ocean breeze keeps the house cool as it flows nicely throughout the house. The kitchen is large and has seating for 5 and once again you have this amazing view while cooking a meal! Location is near several marinas if you decide to go on any excursions, shops, local grocery store, restaurants and El Yunque!! Overall, the spectacular views and sounds of the ocean really made for an amazing vacation! We highly recommend staying at Jorge and Kim’s place! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Perfect spot for a relaxing time

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. We were warmly greeted by our greeter. Everything about our space was perfect. The view, the parking and all on the wonderful amenities. Appliance were up to date and we were very happy that we chose this home instead of a resort. Amazing view!
