Ce bel appartement face à l'océan offre toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin et plus encore. Vous et vos invités pourrez profiter d'une atmosphère calme et de détente ou une aventure dans une oasis nichée, où les eaux bleues claires de la mer des Caraïbes rencontrent la belle ressac de l'océan Atlantique. Brises insulaires au chaud la nuit et brillant soleil des Caraïbes chaud pendant la journée vous enchanteront. L'appartement est situé au sixième étage du complexe de la construction qui est adjacente (distance de marche) de la célèbre El Conquistador Resort. Situé sur la pointe nord-est de Puerto Rico, 31 miles de San Juan et de l'aéroport international Luis Muñoz Marin (SJU), près d'El Yunque Rain Forest, et de la célèbre Las Croabas et quatre miles des magasins et des attractions du centre-ville Fajardo. A El Conquistador vous pouvez golf, utilisé le spa, et le casino si vous le souhaitez, mais vous êtes responsable de tous les frais. Si cela ne suffit pas, vous pouvez prendre un bateau à 8 minutes à l'île de Palomino, prenez un ferry ou l'avion pour les autres îles adjacentes (Vieques, Saint- Thomas, Saint- Croix, etc). Suite with a perfect view

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean is perfect and the host is very responsive with questions. It's in a quiet, more neighborhood area of Fjardo and right down the road (walkable) is a park with many local restaurants.

Great Location

First, Lorraine was great at keeping in contact before getting there. The actual condo itself is in a great location and the view was spectacular! The actual amenities were okay; there were a few updates that needed to be done and I wish there was a more homey feel (such as soap, Kleenex, cooking necessities to use). Overall, it was a pleasant stay, condo neighbors are friendly and would recommend to others.

Relaxing with a wonderful view

Communication with the property management, Lorraine, was excellent! The check-in process was easy...just drive into the parking garage and the security attendant guides you to where to park as well as the elevator. The laundry is located on the entrance end of the parking garage.The condo is walkable to many good restaurants and the beach area.Although the beach areas were mostly rocky in front of the condo, there was a more beachy area just a short walk away. And a couple of bag chairs were provided in the condo so you could use them on the beach. Overall a comfortable and clean place to stay when visiting Fajardo, and we would recommend it to others.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE

2025 this building is under construction or renovation and Monday through Friday there is destruction and construction noise. 7:30am a guy with a hammer 4 doors down pounding on cement. Nothing special about this one. Not easy to find. The address left us a couple blocks down the road. CAUTION to protect yourself and make sure to take pictures or video upon entry and exit. Your word that YOU DID NOT BREAK something won’t be good enough and you will be charged even if someone broke something after you left.

We shared this footage with you to ensure there was no misunderstanding. We genuinely regret that this situation occurred, but we must maintain our policy to keep the space in good condition for all guests. Overall i did not give a 5 because i feel their should be more than one set of keys. So that guess can do different things and not be stock because the other person has the key. Also the apartment has no washer and drier inside. You have to go up and down, when i realize it was told it migth not work. We had to put all dirty clothes with clean clothes. If you dont care for clothes watching then it was an amazing experience. Loraine was great. Loved the quiet clean pool abd like i said before the view is worthed every penny

Unfortunately, the city of Fajardo experienced a water shortage which affected the operation of the laundry room in the basement. However, our apartment had water available from our reservoir tanks for your use. Regarding the keys, our policy allows for one set per guest for security reasons. We understand that this may be challenging at times, and we appreciate your understanding. Additionally, guests can conveniently access the basement laundry room using the elevator despite the city's water supply issues. We are committed to ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay and value your feedback.

The surrounding area and neighbour of the apartment looks really BAD. We have two kids and they were very scared and would dare to stay in the room. We tried to cancel the booking. Although the owner promised to call me back, she NEVER did. We were charged full price for two days that we did not staying there. IF you are checking this place, don't be fooled by the pictures or other comments. I was tricked by that. If you want a safe and reliable place for your vacation. Look for somewhere else. Otherwise, you will end up leaving the place but get NO refund and get your vacation ruined.
