We enjoyed our stay overall, though there were a few hits and misses that impacted our stay. Some of these were well outside the hosts' control, but as far as recommending the property the issues are still valid.Let's start with the pros. The property is nice and the beach is great. While there are no private beaches in PR, this was as close to a beach as once can get I think. The pool is nice as well. It has a nice little covered gazebo area with chairs and tables which makes it a nice place to sit and eat lunch. The water was quite cold during our visit but then again the air was quite warm. The unit itself is nice. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit is spacious with three bedrooms. The beds were comfortable TNow for the friction points...- The gate guards don't speak English for the most part. So be prepared to know your unit number in Spanish and a rudimentary sentence on why you're there in case they don't have your paperwork (they didn't have ours)- The unit is on the flight path for Roosevelt Roads. No one can control this. But every night we were woken up by F-35s and F-22s landing between 2am and 6am.- The AC in one of the bedrooms stopped working on our last day.- The tennis courts are closed and unavailable due to resurfacing.- It is on Hwy 3. You will hear every motorcycle blaring its music at midnight that drives by. And if it's a holiday, you will hear the loudest fireworks ever as only shutters, no windows.
