Only one block from the Ocean 🏖️ with nice views from all levels.

Our house is only a 2 block (5 min) walk to the Kure Beach Fishing Pier and all of the town’s Activities: including 4 restaurants, ice cream bar, game room, golf cart rentals, coffee shop, convenience center, game room and the Kure Beach Ocean front Pavilion. It is four blocks from the Joe Eakes park which offers tennis & pickle ball courts basketball court, frisbee golf course, softball field and a play ground for the little ones. (Don’t forget your equipment). The close access to these activities allows you to avoid paid parking in town. .
The Fort Fisher historic battleground & museum is only two miles away with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean on the left and the Cape Fear river on the right. The Aquarium is only another 1/4 mile from the fort and the ferry to the historic village of Southport is only another mile down the road. Everything is either in walking or biking distance. Pick your preference.

Accommodations:
Our house has plenty of space to spread out. It has a large gathering room with living area, dining area, kitchen, half bath and laundry room on the main level. This level also includes a master bedroom suite with King bed, sitting area, walk-in closet and an in-suite private bathroom.
There is a large ocean facing covered porch with both seating & dining areas on this level to enjoy the beautiful sunrises, ocean views & breezes. There is also a covered rear porch with grill and seating area off of the kitchen. Last; but not least is the additional private den/office area with a 60” tv and lots of family board games. This room includes a sofa, 2 chairs and also a table with two additional chairs and can be used as an office if desired.
The upper level has 4 bedrooms. The 1st is a large family bedroom with a King bed, sitting area, desk area and an adjoining bedroom room with two twin beds. This level also has two additional bedrooms ( one with a King and another with a Queen bed). This level has two full bathrooms, ( one has a shower & the 2nd has a combination tub & shower). Two BR’s have ocean views. The open foyer with desk area opens to another covered porch with awesome ocean views.

Our house also has a single bay separate garage space for your use that includes 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 small coolers and a beach cart. There is also an additional full size refrigerator in this area for extra food & beverage storage .The driveway will accommodate 4-5 cars dependingon size. There is no parking on the street or grass allowed. We have a beach access at both ends of our block. The closest is a 3 min walk

We provide linens, bath towels and wash cloths for each bed and (each bed will already be made up with sheet & pillow cases for you convenience). We also provide disposable pillow covers that are replaced when our previous guests depart and sanitize all high touch areas.

Carolina Beach is only two miles away with more commerical and retail activity (shops, restaurants, places to rent beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, surf boards, jet skis, etc. There is even an Amusement Park with lots of rides for the family to enjoy. You can also rent a pontoon boat at the Carolina Beach State Park Marina.

Wilmington is only 20 minutes away with Sam's Club, Costco and all of the other Big Box retailers. Wilmington also has it's own International Airport and Hospital. You'll want to visit their downtown Riverwalk area in the Historic District with carriage rides, walking and dining along the Cape Fear river. Boat excursions on the river are also available.
