Vous ne pouvez pas battre les vues de ce plan d'étage inversé de 2 250 pi2 sur 3 étages, une maison de ville de luxe à quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine communautaire privée. Vous apprécierez ce tout nouveau, bien décoré, 3 chambres et plus, un lotissement de luxe de 3 ½ salles de bain avec toutes ses commodités, y compris un ascenseur privé, des comptoirs en granit, des douches en céramique, des portes de douche en verre, un barbecue à gaz extérieur, toutes les chambres avec 32- téléviseurs intelligents pouces, 55 pouces TV connectée dans la grande salle, 3 terrasses / patio avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan, planchers de bois franc et carrelage partout.

Cette maison de plage de 2e rangée est la taille parfaite pour une grande famille ou deux familles. Il peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement et est équipé d'un Master 1 - lit King, d'un Master 2 - lit Queen, d'une chambre - d'un lit superposé double et d'une chambre bonus avec lit Queen. Nouveaux matelas Serta Perfect Sleeper.

Une cuisine entièrement équipée est ouverte sur l'espace de vie lumineux et aéré, qui a une table à manger pour huit et un bar de petit-déjeuner pour quatre. Si vous préférez dîner en plein air, un barbecue à gaz, un bar, des toilettes, une douche extérieure, des tables à manger et des chaises longues confortables sont disponibles à la piscine à quelques pas. Ou mangez dans l'un des nombreux merveilleux restaurants à proximité.

L'accès à la plage se fait directement de l'autre côté de la rue avec la traversée à quelques pas du patio. Vous pouvez nager ou surfer dans l'eau réchauffée par le ruisseau du golfe, construire un château de sable ou marcher le long de la plage jusqu'à la promenade de Kure Beach et de Carolina Beach Boardwalks. Laver le sable après une journée à la plage est facile avec la douche extérieure.

Great family getaway

This was our first time visiting this area. The house was perfect for 10 people. Lots of bathrooms and the upstairs was awesome to sit, visit, and cook. Great location to the beach and pool. Loved having a grill and a garage for storage!!

This was a great property with the perfect amount of communication with the hosts. Other than some Wi-Fi blips the week was great! Easy walk across the street to the beach and easy walk to the pool. The kids loved it as much as the adults.

Great location with beach access across the street. Great amenities with beach chairs and assortment of bikes provided. We enjoyed watching some of the old DVD movies provided and The Masters while it rained. Very comfortable and great location. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely stay

The property was very nice, kitchen was far better equipped with all necessities than many beach rentals. Property manager was very attentive and responsive to any concerns. We would definitely consider a return rental.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids) stay the week and loved everything about this place from the great views of the beach, the short walk on a designated crosswalk to access the beach, to the ping pong table in the garage that saw a lot of spirited matches. Barbara met us when we arrived and provided a great overview of the townhouse and was a great resource all week.

You won't go wrong renting this property

The house is awesome with great views of the beach / ocean. The house layout was perfect and situated just a few minutes off the beach. The host, Barbara, was incredible and was always available to answer any question. Barbara and the owner provided long descriptions of things to do in the area and local restaurants. Highly recommend!
