Modern 2 bedroom 2 baths and a fully equipped kitchen. This home is steps to the sandy area of Pacifica beach and fishing pier and minutes drive to downtown San Francisco. You will be amazed with the fantastic and direct ocean views from the main rooms (living, dining and master bedroom) and front deck! Warm and cozy facing the ocean board walk and steps to Sharp Park Pacifica beach pier and short walk to Sharp Park Golf Course.

Very cute home in a great location. It’s only about a 5-block walk to the pier, with a beautiful view and deck from the upstairs bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet but still walkable to bars and coffee shops. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortably fit our family. The kitchen was excellent (we cook a lot), and the TV, internet, and washer/dryer all worked well. We also had no parking issues.We did have a couple of hiccups. The keypad instructions were a bit incorrect, but once we were shown the correct way to use it and given a physical key, it was fine. Unfortunately, the hot water heater went out the day we arrived and wasn’t repaired until Monday afternoon , which was inconvenient timing and required us to get a motel room for showers. The host did comp almost one night, which we appreciated.Overall, this is a lovely home and we would absolutely stay here again—it just happened to be our unlucky weekend with the hot water.

I've stayed at many VRBOs and this by far, has been my favorite. Didn't even need to open the windows to hear the ocean waves. Everything about our stay was perfect. Fabulous appointments with handmade art, Audrey Hepburn themed, Chanel, Gucci, and French Bulldog paintings were perfect for our bougie beach getaway.Beds were comfy, hair care and soap was provided, and kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was walkable and had many places to shop, eat, and browse. My friend & I were so impressed that we found this beach gem at such a reasonable price. Communication with owner was great, and check in/out process was clearly defined and easy. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay:). The location is really amazing with huge windows overlooking the ocean. On our final day we were treated to a memorable display of several whales swimming all around and feeding:). It was magical!

A nicely situated property, with great views and sounds of the ocean right across the street. Very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen,comfortable beds, and a lovely patio looking right at the ocean. My only complaint: clean windows would have given better views of the ocean when the doors were closed.

Peaceful midwinter break

This property was amazing. The views, quaintness, ease of access and the overall quiet neighborhood, such a joy. Pacifica is a beautiful hidden gem, and if you haven't been, you need to go. I believe there will be a return trip in our future and I have already shared this place to stay with several friends so hopefully they will be booking soon as well. Cheers

Perfect!

The perfect place to see the ocean across the street and fall asleep with the waves crashing. Immaculate with comfy, fluffy, bedding, close to hiking, dining, shopping. Or, just stay in and do puzzles! All about location. We hated to leave.

Great spot by the ocean

Very well-appointed home. The code to the door wasn't working, which was frustrating as we were locked out upon arrival at 11:30pm. Thankfully, Vrbo was able to contact the owner when I couldn't, and they opened the door remotely and changed the code. We had no problems getting in after that. A deck umbrella would have been great, but regardless, we spent lots of time outside. Note that the weather was great while we were there, which led to a steady stream of folks driving and walking by the property.

Family vacation in Pacifica

This is my first time staying at a VRBO property and it was much more than I expected. The property was beautiful. The area right off of the water. Check in process was flawless. The house very clean and comfortable. The pictures don't do this property justice. It is set in an amazing location, and the neighbors are very friendly. The house guestbook gives local eateries, and grocery stores. She was very easy to get in touch with, though I had no reason to reach out to her because everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property and will probably stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

This was a beautiful house to stay at. The owner was great to communicate with and she was very timely. The location was incredible. We could hear the ocean with great ease and we were only steps away from it. The house was comfortable, clean, and had great amenities. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a relaxing few days and the ability to see, hear, and go to the ocean with ease.

Beautiful, airy, and cozy

The place was charming and well decorated while very comfortable. There was obviously a lot of thought and attention to details that went into making the stay great. It was in an awesome location right across from a beautiful beach and near a large pier. Spent our time enjoying the views out back and relaxing in the living room and bedroom watching movies. Pacifica is a very peaceful little town, and it is a really short drive into the city. Will definitely stay again!

Great views. Path along the oceanfront leads to Mori point lookout trail. Place is cute, well stocked. We had a great stay.

wonderful place to stay

Gwen's place is right on the water and was perfect for two couples to enjoy walks along the water, the local food, etc. It was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

Nightmare

We reached the property at 11pm at night and we were excited about it. Immediately we had issues with parking and there was no adequate parking available. As soon as we checked in we found out that the shower in the downstairs bathroom was not working and I contacted the host immediately. He replied the next morning asking if we had set the shower faucet properly and directed it to the tub. The next morning we tried to turn the shower on again the same exact way we did the night before and it was working but throughout the day it was hit or miss if the water was coming out of it or not. We always used the same method to turn the shower on as there is only one way to turn the shower on. I got an email from the host 12 days after my stay that somehow I have broken the shower and he is going to make me pay for the replacement. It appears to me that they are trying to make me pay for the issues that was already present prior to my arrival. This is a very shady way to do business and I would not recommend staying in a property where the host does not take responsible for the upkeep of the property.

The home was very clean and welcoming from the start. We loved the location and the fact you can hear waves crashing throughout the night. There is a nature trail close by and beautiful scenery to absorb. The home was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place to Decompress

This property was EXACTLY what we were hoping for. The outside is a little understated, but once you walk through that door, it's totally beautiful. Oceanfront is a very accurate description! The home sits facing the waves, and you can sit in either the living room, upstairs bedroom, or out on the front lanai to watch the ocean. You could hear the ocean from inside the house. The decorations were super fun and artistic, and the interior was well laid-out and had everything we needed. One of my friends is going through chemo and feeling weak, but she was perfectly happy with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and it was a great place for her to rest and recuperate. My other friend and I went for little walks in the mornings to get pastries (surprisingly, David's Bagels has the best selection of croissants and fancy baked things), and the property was situated really close to everything fun. There are walking trails at the end of the street, and you can also walk a couple of blocks up to the main street to shop. We mostly stayed home, but the house was so comfortable and cute that it was a pleasure. It was an easy check in and check out, and we didn't need to contact our host for anything, because everything was just right. There are two queen beds in the upstairs bedroom, which made it a great choice for a girls' getaway. And I can't say enough about the fun art everywhere. Very relaxing, and well appointed; it even has a washer and dryer.

Very Comfortable Ocean View Home

My childhood friend and I had the best mini vacation here! We chose this place based upon all the other reviews and we were so happy with our experience there. The home is very comfortable; beds, temperature, quickness of water to heat up. The views are absolutely amazing. The host is super quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arise. We definitely highly recommend staying here.
