DETAILS:
Sailfish is the perfect vacation destination for up to eight guests in Pensacola Beach. Sitting just across the street from the beach, this private three-bedroom home is ideal for those seeking sunshine and sandy days to fill their vacations. A large covered carport makes up the home’s first level, while the main living space can be found on the second floor. With a wall made entirely of oversized windows, you will be able to enjoy beach views from almost everywhere in the main living space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware to prepare meals of all sizes or snacks to take the beach with you. The bedrooms are spread throughout the home and you will enjoy beach views from the master bedroom and second bedroom. Beach access is just across the street, making it easy to get to and from our sugar-white sands. Book your vacation today!
*Kindly be aware that the Sailfish owner ensures a cozy atmosphere by taking charge of the thermostat, guaranteeing the perfect temperature for all guests.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8): This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to every check-in.

Great location

Short walk across the street and through the dunes to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck and listening to the waves at night.

Perfect vacation rental

Great experience and stay. Very short walk to the beach just across street. Can see the ocean from the living area and porch. Plenty of space for a family of 6 adults and 2 small children.

Loved the big kitchen which was steps from the expansive front deck with a fabulous view of the breaking waves. The patio table was perfect for our family to dine while listening to the soothing sounds of the surf.

This house was fantastic! So close to the beach with unobstructed views of the water and access over to beach, literally at the end of the driveway! 5 to 10 minutes to anything you might need and all questions answered from property management within minutes of sending a text! Will recommend this location and rental agency! Thank you for making this family event that much better!

Great Location

The home was comfortable with a beautiful view. It was a very short walk to the beach. The owner-managed thermostat did not bother us; however, in the summer it might. The kitchen does not have any spices, salt, pepper, potholders or any cleaning spray. The ceiling fans were dusty but otherwise the home seemed clean.

Great location, need updates

The location was perfect proximity to the beach. However, the home could use some updated furniture & appliances. For the price, I would’ve expected better! Communication with the property manager was easy & any issues were addressed promptly. Did not like that we could not adjust thermostat lower than 76, but there are several ceiling fans throughout the home, which kept it pretty cool considering we had 96-97 degree temps all week. Not sure if I would stay at this particular property again, but would definitely use Southern vacation rentals again in the future

Definitely NOT a home away from home

The best part was it's location. Just steps away from the beach. The next best part was the comfortable beds. The rest was not worth the money. If you want the thermostat set on 76 degrees 24 hours a day... then this is your happy place. If, however you would like to control the thermostat so you could actual sleep in the comfortable bedl.. NOPE We spent over 24 hours trying to communicate with the host that we don't mind it hot during the day, but would love to have it cooler at night. To no avail. The cleanliness of the bathrooms - mold The microwave was unusable. Not one single knife to cut a lime for a cocktail. There were 4 forks. If you rent this place... bring your own cookware, beach towels, literally everything.

Schönes Haus direkt am Strand

Das Haus ist sehr schön, super Aufteilung der Räume, Küche sehr geräumig. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Mit 6 Erwachsenen hat alles gepasst.
