This adorable home in Historic Lake Ida Delray is close to beach, shopping, downtown Delray eateries and coffee shops. Located just 1 mile north of Atlantic Ave this property is ideal for the Florida lifestylee featuring a private lush backyard with a pool. Screened in sitting room off the pool deck is perfect for enjoying the outdoors bug free. The floor plan offers 2 bedrooms with a den that can be closed off and converted to a 3rd sleeping area, and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. Furnished with all new furniture, a weber grill, outside dining table , lounge chairs, and bicycles for you to ride around town during your stay. This house encompasses every aspect of Florida living.

Fabulous

This was our first Vrbo experience and it could not have been better. Allison contacted us before our arrival with all the information we would need. We had her cell number for any questions. The house was better then we expected. Furnished for comfort and function. The kitchen was well stocked. The back yard and the pool were lovely, a pool heater would be the icing on the cake. Great location, we already booked for next year.

Comfortable home in a great neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay in this comfortable two-bedroom home. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Allison was very easy to work. The property was exceptionally clean upon arrival. It has a very pleasing aesthetic. Being there in person, it was lovelier than I expected based just on the photos. The living room has great natural light from the backyard and the screened in patio in the back is a great asset: nicely decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for morning coffee or a lunchtime snack. It is clear that Allison puts a lot of thought into what a guest needs to make their stay welcoming and relaxing. We made great use of the two townie bikes. You know your host has thought about the details when she makes sure there is a working bicycle pump nearby the bikes!

We were 10 minutes from the beach and all the action. Nice to have the option of being home with the pool in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Lake Ida Shores Charmer

We had a wonderful stay! Form the ease of checking in to checkout we enjoyed our stay. The home was very well equipped with everything you would need for breakfast in the screened in porch to happy hour by the pool. Lovely quiet neighborhood but close to the restaurants, shops and beaches. Allison was available to answer any questions and very attentive. We would definitely stay again!

Oasis in Del Ray

This house is wonderful and met and exceeded all expectations. It is five minutes from the heart of Del Ray and the backyard is such a treat. Beautiful pool and really quiet. Perfect size for a couple or family of four. Great communication with House owner

Great house with pool!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is roomy and beautifully furnished, and the backyard pool was a big plus since it rained on and off much of the week. We were able to go inside when it rained and back out when it stopped. The screened in porch was also great. It’s about 10 minutes from E. Atlantic and the same to the beach. The only quibble I have is the listing said there were two king beds and it turned out that only the master bedroom had one. The other room had a double bed.

Nice vacation house

My family enjoyed our stay very much. Nice house, with lovely decor. There were raccoons in the backyard at night, so we stayed inside the lovely screened in porch. We would stay again.

Allison’s home was just lovely. Super clean, well appointed and easily accessible to downtown Delray

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. Welll appointed home and a well stocked kitchen with lots of serving platters and things needed to cook for a large group Just a lovely home and so easily accessible to downtown Delray and the bra h. Allison was very responsive and a pleasure. Would definitely rent again.

Fabulous stay!

Everything about our rental was great! The place had a great vibe, beds were comfortable, kitchen was extremely well equipped, fabulous entertainment was provided (pool toys, corn hole, beach chairs & bags, bicycles!). The pool was lovely, and the screened porch a joy to hang out it. Allison was a great communicator and totally responsive. We'll be back!

Perfect Retreat

Was in Del Ray for a knee replacement and found Allison’s place to be the perfect spot for my recovery. It was beautiful, clean, quiet and perfect location. Allison was responsive to anything we needed! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic, far exceeded our expectations at every level!

Overall a "10". From the initial contact the experience was great. Allison was fantastic, quick to respond and very helpful. The house was filled with new furniture, bedding, bikes, games, towels and everything you could possibly think of. the location was perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property!

Close to the beach and lake. I have never been downtown, it was lovely. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was chilly but I anticipated that in April. Allison was wonderful and attentive, we would return!
