This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, large island and everything you may need to prepare the perfect meal. With two living spaces and wet bar in the lower level with second fridge, dishwasher and wine cooler makes plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy themselves. Enjoy breathtaking views from every window and just steps away from the water and the boat launch is right next door making it super easy to bring your boat or jet ski to enjoy Long Lake and all it has to offer with beautiful sandy bottom making it perfect for swimming, tubing, wake boarding, fishing and any other water activities you might want to do.. The winter activities are just as endless as the summer. Traverse City is just 8 miles away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, wineries and many outdoor activities.

Property- All linens, towels, beach towels, smart tv's, wifi, DVD player, blow dryer, iron board, board games and cards are provided.

Lake Front Living- Dock, Firepit, 2 Story Deck with screened in porch, spacious seating and eating area, Gas Grill, kayaks, paddle board, beach toys and life jackets.

This is a beautiful home. Well stocked. We cooked and grilled the whole stay. Lots of room and enjoyed several fires fire by the water. Hard to go wrong with a stay here.

Beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful week at this home. Perfect swimming beach and dock and a beautiful home with lots of space for a large family and fully stocked with everything we could need. Location is wonderful and would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay. We were very impressed when we needed assistance with bedding, help arrived within 30 mins. Plenty of hot water for our large group. The home was very clean.

Great Lake House

This is a beautiful, well maintained and well equipped house. It is right on the lake with a small beach. Was a great place for a family vacation.

Big, beautiful lake house

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this lake house! We had a multi-generational family and there was plenty of space and something to do for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped, the rooms were nicely decorated and the deck, dock and beach area were perfect. The location was ideal as we could easily get to Traverse City, Sutton’s Bay and Leland.

We enjoyed bringing in the New Year in this beautiful home. The location was great, we enjoyed walking in the morning. The home had plenty of space for our families. We would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again.

Perfect spot for relaxing the week before a family wedding!

This was the ideal home for our extended family to enjoy the week before a family wedding. It had everything we needed for large family meals-a large kitchen with all you need to prep, serve & store. Two grills on the large deck made for delicious breakfasts & dinners. We had school-aged kids, teens and young adults (as well as grandparents)…everyone had so much fun at the fire pit at night and on the lake during the day that we never turned on a TV. The bar area downstairs was perfect for the groomsmen while they were getting ready the morning of the wedding. In all, we had a perfect week and that was thanks, in large part to the convenience and setting of this home. We would rent it again for sure!

Stunning home - well equipped! Great stay.

The home was impeccably clean, and well stocked with all kitchen items. Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. More than enough room for our large family! Location: something to consider, this house is next to a public boat launch. The upsides is it very fun to people watch, and the action is entertaining. Also, if you have a boat it’s very convenient. The downside is the noise and activity, if you prefer quiet and privacy. This is an important component of vacation to consider. The house is in the wonderful neighborhood, was perfect for stroller and scooter walks with kids. Shops, and fruit stands near by.

Great House, Perfect Location, and an Excellent Host - Lake Retreat

Everything about our experiences with Nicole and this house were fantastic! The location is perfect, especially if you want to bring your own boat/PWC or rent one from a local provider, as it is right next door to the boat ramp/launch on Long Lake, which was an amazing lake! The water is crystal clear, the lake is extremely sandy almost everywhere you go, and the islands on the lake offer numerous great locations to hang out & swim and have lunch or dinner out on the lake. All of our communications with Nicole before, during, and after our stay were perfect, she was a very courteous host and she helped make our vacation easy & enjoyable. This house is great, it is perfect for a romantic weekend away, a trip with the whole family, and/or a group trip with several families all sharing this property. We had 5 adults, 4 teens/children, and an infant, and we had more than enough space for everyone to enjoy and have their privacy when they wanted it. The outdoor space is just as perfect as the indoor space! This house has a very nice size yard, which is right on the water, the dock looks brand new w/ great stairs for getting in & out of the water, the swimming area near the shoreline is very sandy, and the beach area w/ the fire pit right by the water is a very relaxing spot, we had a fire all but 1 night during our stay. I highly recommend this property, our stay couldn't have been any better!

Perfect Fall Getaway

The house was gorgeous and absolutely perfect for our weekend!! We spent time loving and relaxing on the deck and dock, we had a huge spread of goodies on the bar and watched college football on the big screen TV downstairs one afternoon, bonfires on the lake at night, playing cards/games, shopping and dinner at local breweries near by and of course a winery tour!! We couldn’t of enjoyed our weekend and stay more!! Nicole the Host and Andrew the House Manager were quick to respond to our questions and were lovely to work with!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU…we will definitely be staying again soon

Property Review

The house was perfect for our needs of 8 people. It was well stocked and ready for our arrival. The amenities were as stated. We were able to enjoy the water with them and paddle out to the various islands on the lake. We are avid bicycle riders. We were able to rent bikes in town. The house location gave us access to roads and trails. There is a small local grocery store a couple of miles from the house that offers basics and coffee from a local roaster. The owner and property manager took care to ensure our stay was pleasant.

Long Lake House

Nicole's property is a great place to enjoy time with family and friends. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and amenities to enjoy. The lake is beautiful and the house has a great dock to access the lake. We had a great time with the fire pit and grilling out back on the deck. Only downside is the public boat ramp is right next door, so there is a stream of people during early morning or in the afternoon when people are pulling out of the lake. Not a big concern, but be careful when swimming with several boats around at those times.

Lovely Home on a Lovely Lake

This home was perfect for our needs. Very spacious with great amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with and we would be happy to be a repeat renter. We rented a pontoon boat from Long Lake Boat Rentals and Henrik made it so easy, dropping off and picking up right at the beautiful dock.
