Sparklingly clean 3 BR 1 BA beach cottage. 14 minute walk to beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

One week minimum Saturday to Saturday.

Shore living at it's best! Rent this nicely renovated 3 bedroom ranch with off-street parking, outdoor shower and central air. Private location on a quiet, dead-end street, this home backs up to a park and is steps away from Lake Como. Walking distance to Spring Lake and Belmar beaches, shops, restaurants and everything the Jersey Shore has to offer!

* Exterior of house boasts large backyard with barbeque and outdoor shower.
* Great for families with small children; this house is kid friendly
* Located in very quiet, friendly and family-oriented neighborhood
* On-site parking for 3-4 cars.
* 2 Spring Lake Beach Passes included
* Patio Set
* Central Air Conditioning
* Towels and bed linens provided.
* No Groups, No Smoking, No pets Please. We are very sorry that we do not under any circumstances make exceptions to the no pet policy. There is a very nice pet boarding facility nearby called Purr and Pooch that we can recommend. We will only rent to families or groups of families.

We look forward to having your family make memories in our sweet cottage.
A beach wagon to walk your items to the beach is included along with a cooler on wheels, 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

Rentals are one week minimum, Saturday to Saturday.

Just what we needed!

This cottage was super clean, super comfortable and well furnished. Beach chairs, and umbrella were much appreciated . We enjoyed our stay at the Jersey shore. The 2 beach badges were great!

Shore Thing

Loved our stay at this oasis! The house is in a great location and close to spring lake and belmar beaches. Very clean and comfortable. Only drawback- there is not an on-site washer and dryer. Loved it!

Excellent Location

Winnie's place has a cozy beachy vibe. It is a perfect location because it was a very short walk to the lake and a few blocks away from the beach. The backyard was so spacious to have a bbq. The beds were so comfortable and everything we needed for the beach was provided. We highly recommend this rental all year round!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the yellow cottage. A very clean home with excellent furnishings and almost everything you need. The hosts could not have been more attentive and accommodating. They made terrific recommendations when we asked for guidance, they were immediately responsive when small things came up, and they were gracious and warm with their hospitality and care. We hope to return! It was exactly what we needed for a week at the beach and it was very hard to go.

Charming Beach Cottage

Property is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Check in process was a breeze. Winnie is responsive and accommodating. Location is between Belmar and Spring Lake, so although you don't feel like you are within either community, both are extremely close and accessible. Neighborhood is safe and quiet, great for families.

Even better than expected!

This beach cottage offered the perfect amount of space for our needs, and is even better in real life than the pictures and listing. The cottage proved to be spotlessly clean, even when I “dared” to store something on high cabinet shelves in the kitchen. I would give it six stars for cleanliness if I could. The cottage was excellently equipped, with all the pans, bedding, coffee filters, etc that we needed during our stay. The grill had plenty of propane. The owners were very friendly and accessible. Although they lived in the cottage next door on some days, we still felt like we had full privacy. Speaking of great privacy, this house has a town park behind it, instead of more houses. The Spring Lake beach is an easy 0.6 mile walk away, although we often chose to drive. Free parking was plentiful. We had a great week at the shore, and would definitely stay here again.

Cute house close to Spring Lake and the beach.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and located very close to Spring Lake, the beach and everything the shore has to offer. The house is on a quiet street with a nice large backyard with plenty of room inside for 3 adults and 3 tweens.

Hits the Mark

This low-key beach cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It’s located on a quiet street and is convenient to beach and restaurants both Belmar and Spring Lake. The interior is cute and comfortable and surprisingly roomy. Our host, Winnie, made us feel welcomed, and we were pleased to have the opportunity to visit.

Clean, comfortable and close to everything.

This property was very accommodating for our Family. My kids loved the bunk beds and We loved the quiet street and park like garden in the back. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean an in order when we arrived. We would love to come back.

We are long-time New Jersey residents who own the house next to this one where we have spent summer weekends with our family for years. We love the area! It's a family oriented street; close enough to the beach to walk and far enough from the beach to be quiet. We love spending the day at the beach and the evenings at the many options for dining in the immediate area or a short drive away in Asbury Park.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

There is so much to do here! The cottage backs up to Spring Lake Marucci Park with tennis courts, basketball and a lovely playground! At the end of the street is Behrman Park.

There is mini-golf and bowling at Bradley Beach, a short drive away.

Ice cream and pizza places are a 15 minute walk away in Balmar.
