This home is the cleanest one I have ever stayed in. The view of the lake and the ocean is something you won't be able to forget. It is a convenient 1.5 block walk to the beach. Parking is never a problem. Nice restaurant right around the corner. Not only were nice beach towels provided but brand new beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart. And don't forget the generous amount of beach badges (6) when most beach rentals only provide 4. The rooms are large and the furniture is very comfy.

Perfect Stay!

Susan is a wonderful host! The house and location are terrific - across from a small lake and just a block from the ocean. Very quiet neighborhood. Plenty are great dining nearby. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing place on the shore!

This property was great, perfect location about 1 block from the beach! Sue was very responsive and made sure everything went well for our stay! We were a group of 6 and we had plenty of space! Would 100% recommend staying here :)

Excellent stay!

My friends and I had a great weekend staying at this property for MDW! Sue made sure we had everything we needed and more! Definitely recommend renting this property it is huge with space for everyone in the group. Hoping we can come back and rent again next year!

We first came to this home in 2019 and have returned every year except once when we were too late booking! We love the location on the lake, the short walk to the beach. The host provides so many perks to make it special!

Lovely July 4th vacation

We love the location and the amenities so we keep coming back! A lovely surprise was watching the fireworks from the front window. The garden was so beautiful too! We enjoyed an outdoor barbecue dinner.

Lovely home and view

Susan (owner) was lovely, very communicative, and available for any needs we had. The house was spacious, and having 3BR/2 BA was perfect. Everyone raved about the view...we could see the lake and the ocean. It's a lovely and safe-feeling location with lots to do nearby. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Belmar - Had a great time

Very clean, close walk to the beach and all of Belmar. We all had an amazing time. Susan is a fantastic host - very responsive and thoughtful; she texted me with tips on restaurants and bike stores and checked in periodically to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend.

Close to Belmar Beach, place was clean, convenient and fine for a few days rather than having to rent a place for a whole week. Susan, the host, very friendly and help. Lois and Lee.

Can't beat the location!

We had a great experience. The house is perfectly located near the beach and has a beautiful yard. It's immaculate and quite spacious for the four of us -- there were rooms we barely even entered! Susan was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you want a chill vibe and an easy walk to the beach.
