This pet free, smoke free home, located on a quiet street in Westfield, NY is ideal for friends and families. It is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, a bistro, antique shops in town, and a playground, track and tennis courts at the local school. Enjoy all seasons in Westfield and the surrounding communities in Chautqua County. We are a short drive to the community swimming pool, several beaches, Lucile Ball Museum and Comedy Center, The Chautauqua Institute, Lake Erie, Chautauqua Lake. We are located in grape country and are surrounded by wineries, and breweries, ski resorts, snow mobile trails, and much more. We invite you to take your time to enjoy our local attractions, tsunsets on the beach, and the quaint village of Westfield while you spend time away and create memories. Our home features a beautiful back porch that overlooks the back yard with a garden and seating area. It includes a ramp access to the back door with one step up onto the main floor, WiFi, a Ring doorbell camera on the back door. The driveway is a shared space and can fit up to 2 cars in the winter months only with 1 space in the summer and 2 spaces in the front of the house.

We came for the Chautaqua Grand Fundo (bike ride) and this place was perfect for our group of 5. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of games, gorgeous screened patio and close to a grocery story, Tim Hortons for coffee and Portage Pies for dessert.

I could spend days on that porch!

Our family, including three teenagers, had a wonderful visit. A five minute walk to Tim Hortons and then coffee and donuts on that amazing porch. And a short drive to such a beautiful sunset on the lake. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

In the heart of Westfield

We had a marvelous time. The house is a time capsule and perfectly maintained. So much space to gather and fully appointed. The outdoor screened in porch is a HUGE bonus! Short walk to the darling downtown. The host and manager are attentive and thoughtful.

Spacious, charming and lots of extras!

First of all, the owners are extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating! The Inn has lots of room to spread out for meals, games and conversation, as well as everything you need in order to do that! The surrounding area has lots of wineries, varieties of cute and interesting shops, beaches, great dining opportunities and outdoor markets. My family and I had a blast in and outside of the Inn! If the opportunity arises, we will definitely stay here again!

Would be helpful to label garbage and recycle bins and what goes in which bin. Would be n nice to have a vent over the stove. Back patio was gorgeous

Incredibly clean and very charming

We absolutely loved staying at Joe and Mary’s! It’s so warm and welcoming and by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. My mom owned a cleaning business when I was a kid. She stayed with me and we were both very impressed. Beyond that, they really thought of everything. So many little touches we appreciated, like the cd player and cds (we gave Fleetwood Mac a spin), board games (we played Monopoly on the back porch during a rainstorm- lovely!), generous coffee station, sweet welcome bag, extra pillows, etc. The location was perfect and an easy walk to Main St. When we stay in Westfield again we will absolutely plan on staying here!

Lots of space -great porch

There was a lot to love in this house. The porch was extremely comfortable. We spent very little time in any other room. We were out doing things all day, but gathered for morning coffee and then relaxed there at the end of the day. There is a separate coffee room, that was really a great idea! There are many nice sitting areas. Everything was clean and the small kitchen was well equipped. Only 2 bathrooms, but there were plenty of nice towels, hand soap & toilet paper were well stocked. We looked for a box of tissues, but never found one. The bedrooms aren’t huge, but served our purposes well. The house is an older home with numerous steps up & down. Each one was light by a motion sensor light, to ensure no one was stumbling around in the dark, which is really important, because the house is laid out with some twists & turns. There are a lot of rules, so if you stay here, read thru them so you don’t accidentally break one. This was a comfortable place for our group to stay. We enjoyed our time there! It really is a cute little town, and only 25 minutes from Chautauqua Institute

Women's Wine Weekend

Six adults stayed at the house as we toured local wineries. Bonus adventures: dining and antique/craft shopping in lovely Westfield, the Saturday farm market, and the nearby Mayville night market. The house was even more delightful than the photos would have you believe. The screened outdoor area was delightful and a favorite breakfast and late evening hangout spot. Roomy and clean, with a very responsive host and a lovely neighborhood for strolling, what's not to love? We already booked it for next year's trip!

17 Colburn Street has been home to our family for over 65 years. It holds fond memories of large family gatherings celebrating holidays, reunions, birthdays, sleepovers, Sunday dinners, neighborhood picnics, time with friends, and a home filled with love and laughter.

My home is open to you so that you may also experience the warmth and comfort of it, while relaxing and unwinding in the quiet neighborhood. I invite you to take time
to enjoy our local attractions, and the quaint village of Westfield while you spend time away and create fond memories of your own.

Accessibility: For our guests who are unable to go up and down stairs easily, the house includes a handicap ramp access to the back door with one step up onto the main floor. There is a first floor bedroom equipped with two single beds, a private full bathroom including a shower with handrails and shower seat. The bathroom also includes a washer and dryer.

Guests with children 12 and under: Cleaning products are kept in the top shelf of the kitchen cabinet. There are no safety gates for the stairs so please bring your own. The house is not equipped with cordless window blinds or mounted flat panel TVs

A beautiful sunroom overlooks the well-manicured back yard.
