Upgraded condo with a private bedroom & 2 private balconies, full kitchen & more. Indoor & outdoor pool are both open & heated. The views of the ocean, city & sunrise are amazing from the 9th floor & can be enjoyed right from the bed.

New flooring just installed. 2 king size beds, 55 inch 4K smart tv in the living room & a 50 inch smart Tv in the bedroom. New sofa & large bathroom. Watch a movie from the king size beds while looking at the ocean.

Many amenities such as pools which are heated, 1 is an indoor heated pool, 2 jacuzzi hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, & more.

Free parking & free wifi. Beach front location with the pools right in front of the beach.
Mini golf, restaurants, shops & more are all in walking distance.....

You can park & never have to drive again until you leave. True 1 bedroom private bedroom & 2 separate private balconies. Much better than a hotel or motel room & located in a great spot close to so many things.


Amazing one of a kind condo. Outdoor & indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center & sauna are all open. Rates have been reduced by around $40 per night as well so it's a Great time to book.

We absolutely loved this place. It was clean, roomy and extremely comfortable. This place was recently renovated. It was spacious and very nice and on the beach. We liked the conveniences of the restaurants, grocery store and shopping close by. The beach was very nice. It was also a blessing to have an indoor pool during the rainy days. The host Was very responsive. We would stay here again.

The condo was beautifully clean, and exactly as pictured! The host was upfront and honest about the state of the resort (certain areas like the kiddie pool and bar being closed) which we heard from other guests of different condos that their host was not! The outdoor pool and indoor pool and two hot tubs are in great condition. Our whole family (me and hubby, 9yo, 7yo, and 16yo) had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!!!

The pool was closed and the building was under construction but the room was great, the beds were comfortable, and the beach was perfect! The host was super responsive with messages and the check in/check out process was very easy

We had no problems, condo was very clean and as described. Beds were comfortable. Had a great time. We have a child in a wheelchair and she was able to get anywhere on the property. The side beach access was even one of the easiest we have seen.

Enjoyed our one month stay in March 2026. Really appreciated the indoor/outdoor heated pool options along with the two hot tubs (indoors) and sauna. Decent exercise room also available.Condo was clean and comfortable with a comfortable balcony to view ocean and south Daytona Beach. Especially enjoyed riding our ebikes on the beach being able to ride about a mile north and south before entering 'no bikes, dogs, cars' zones. We walked through the south zone (at Hard Rock) trying to reach the pier but a second zone prevented that. Parking was available and front desk provided carts to transport luggage up to the condo. When we found the coffee maker basket missing Harry was kind enough and prompt at replying and replacing the unit with a new one.DBR is making serious efforts to recover from the hurricane and improve (the second outdoor pool remains closed for repairs and seawall is being replaced) that will pay off in the long run. We transitioned from Bike Week to spring breakers (older bikers mostly followed by families) and everybody behaved!

Condo is updated and very clean. Harry was a great host, we contacted him with a request and he responded immediately and was more than willing to accommodate our request without hesitation. I would definitely book again when returning to Daytona! The living room balcony gives you a view of the ocean and the city, very pretty view of city at night.

Amazing!

I loved the condo, it was nice, clean, and spacious. My family enjoyed many of the restaurants nearby and the beach access. I was dissatisfied on the pools not being available and that we had to walk a little extra for the beach and elevators, but other than that everything was great! Would recommend and come back!
