Large, 2-story, 3 bedroom , 2 bath townhouse in the heart of Delray Beach. Property is walking distance to Atlantic Avenue & less than 2 miles to the beach! Close to I-95, for easy access to West Palm Beach , Fort Lauderdale & Miami airports. 1G internet for all your streaming , and work from home needs ! Smart TVS in all of our 3 bedrooms & living room. Full sized washer & dryer in the unit! With complimentary laundry detergent. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Pots , pans , dishes, utensils are all included. We have a keurig & regular coffee machine for your preference ! Coffee and keurig pods provided. Toaster oven and blender as well! The property is so close to all the best restaurants, shops & nightlife! Walking distance to the Sundy House, known for its tropical outdoor dining and fantastic Sunday brunch! Great location to downtown Delray Beach

The townhouse is very nice and clean and the host was wonderful! She was available to answer any and all questions and responded immediately. The location is great in that it is close to Atlantic Ave and the beach. Amenities are very nice and plenty. The check in and out were both extremely easy. I only have a few complaints with this unit and I am honestly, shocked that they were not mentioned in any other review. It is necessary to come in the back door which, while it is well lit, it just didn't really feel safe. We arrived in the daylight but the back of the unit looks old and a little run down which just didn't give off a great vibe. Secondly, the beds are very uncomfortable. The downstairs twin beds in particular, are the worst mattresses I've ever slept on and the upstairs are better but not by much. Lastly, it is never mentioned in the reviews that you can hear the train all day and all night.It's a shame that I feel I have to mention these things because overall, we had a nice stay.

Fantastic Stay

Host was fantastic and had amazing communication throughout our stay. Accommodated our large group and was very helpful with our parking situation. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Nice place!

Close to downtown and clean. Oven didn’t work but we made due with the stovetop. Owner was very responsive and great to deal with.

Absolutely perfect stay

This was a wonderful vacation. From the moment I booked the property Deidra was in contact with me. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to get in and where everything was located. The townhouse was clean and had so many amenities. Delray was incredible. We loved the free transportation. I would highly recommend staying here.
