Three rooms one queen bed, one bath, and living rm. Ideal for a couple to have a get away! Close to the yacht club beach, and even closer to downtown restaurants and bars. If your a boater ask about bringing your boat to put in the canal behind the rental. Suite is 450 square feet with small frig, microwave, and coffee maker. It is connected to my house but a totally separate suite, with a separate entrance.

 the area is beautiful and ultra safe .. food all over the area 
 Apt was so quite and comfortable .. i will stay again hopefully next time around.. Leonardo was a great guy .. took care of all needs .. and you park right out your door!!

Great location

The unit is perfect for a couple looking to take a few extra days away, and wanting more space and privacy. Location is within walking distance from several really good restaurants and bars. Also, less than 2.5 miles from the beach. Leonardo was an excellent host.

Perfect Spot

The location was perfect for Cape Coral and Ft. Meyers activities. It was clean and well equipped for all our needs. The host was friendly and very accomodating. We'd go back.

Quiet and relaxing

My mom and I stayed at Leo’s and Mary Margaret’s place. The website pictures don’t do this rental justice! Leo keeps the rental spotless, very comfortable furnishings and great location in Cape Coral! Be aware there’s no cable tv or internet service. I’m fine with that cause I have unlimited data. Leo charges a lower fee because of this, so definitely worth it for us!

Great Quality & Very Reasonable

The owner was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and in a very convenient area of town. The unit was attached to the main house, somewhat like in-law quarters, but the owner was very considerate of our presence and noise from the main portion of the home was minimal. As stated in the listing, there was no kitchen- only a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave- but the owner supplied coffee, filters, creamers, as well as ample paper products. Since the only AC unit was in the bedroom, the living room could get a little warm, but numerous fans were available, and we had free reign to set the AC as low as we wanted. Would definitely rent here again.

Our weeks stay

We have stayed in VRBO's before. Accommodation is attached to the house, which we knew, but didn't realize we would be able to hear the owner inside the house. The set up is very nice, bedroom with queen bed and furniture and large closet. there is air condition unit in the bedroom which was good. The Queen bed was uncomfortable as we are not small people and squeaked every time one of us turned over. The bathroom was fine, The living area was nice. TV was small. There was no WiFi, something we are always used to,. so no TV worth watching.. Outside by the dock it wasn't very pleasant. not what we expected. Owner working on home improvement while we were there. The owner was approachable and answered our questions and we have no complaints about him. I don't like complaining but really regretted picking this place for a week.. If you are out and about all day and in the evening this would suit you. Just a few adjustment would make a big difference in quality of stay. I wish Leonard well.

Cute/clean living quarters

The property itself was clean and very nice. Everything in previous reviews is accurate. However, lack of clarity on beds. Indicates 2 beds (bedroom and living room) only 1 bed, happy we brought a blow up bed. Misleading age requirements. I'm 55 and rented the facility with my 18 yr old son (adult) was not considered old enough. A couple of his 18 yr friends came over to visit. I then received an unsettling call from owner and ended up giving him and extra $150 in cash because I was told "I'm pushing it" and talked down to. Sweep front entrance area due to a note about sand from beach, left the place clean, orderly and did not use any supplies, I had my own. He offered to let us stay an additional night which was appreciated, but we were already on the road driving back to the Midwest.
