Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made lots of memories this past week. The condo was a perfect fit for my family. Three generations of us . First time beach trip for my two year old great grandson and he loved it. The condo had everything we needed for the week,perfect view of the ocean. Loved sitting on balcony listening to the ocean.

Loved this condo!!! A little sad it didn’t have the sectional as shown and master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. But overall I would come here again! So much room!! Loved the bunk room.

Our two month stay was just what we needed. Nice open plan with breathtaking views of the ocean. The nice large balcony was a plus, and enjoyed relaxing, or eating some of our meals. It was clean and didn’t have any trouble with the appliances. The extra rooms were nice to have when we had guests. Great location and close to many great restaurants. We would for sure stay there again. Thank you so much!

This place was nice overall . Loved the balcony and location to steps helped so much with long waits for elevators. The place was spacious for 7people(2 families). The bedroom my husband and I stayed in (king bedroom that doesn’t face the ocean) was probably the worse part of the condo. There was no closet or dresser to put anything in which was frustrating but there are 2 night stands with a couple of drawers. This room was also quite a bit warmer than the rest of the condo. Our king bed was comfortable but was extremely high off the ground! So if you are shorter like me 5’4” you will have a hard time climbing into bed. The resort was good. We only swam at the pool in our building which was nice because it was covered but still outside but that also made for very cold water. Overall our stay was good.

The resort was fine. The room however was unfortunately probably the worst condo we have stayed in over the years. The condo is spacious and would be great if it had a massive deep clean. We aren’t very picky & overlooked the smell, the floors needing swept (like piles of dirt, not just a little dust) and the counters being sticky when we first got in. The ceiling vents had black mold all over them and on the ceiling (we all left with runny noses & itchy throats). The sinks, showers, and bathtubs also had mold in the faucets. The water/ice dispenser was disgusting with brown slimy stuff all over it. Then after traveling 14 hours, we go to bed and pull back the covers to find tons of hairs, food wrappers, and nerf darts. So we had to strip the beds at 10 pm and wash everything (not ideal with 4 small kids). I messaged the host & someone came out 3 days into the stay and cleaned 3 of the vents, but that was all. I found multiple silverfish bugs in the drawers. The mattresses were very uncomfortable in the bunk room and the king beds were both broke down. Under the cushions where the pull out bed it, was covered in crumbs and old food. The views were nice, balconies are great, the beach is beautiful, and the resort is good but until this room gets a massive deep clean, I would not recommend it. We have stayed with the company before & had a great experience, I’m hopeful that they will do better for the future guests staying in the unit.

Best Condo

We had a wonderful time! This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. The view and patio was perfect, the rooms were spacious and nice, the property staff and amenities was wonderful. It is also located in a great place to get to everything!

Best Vacation!

Absolutely the best stay we have had in PCB! Everything was clean and beds very comfortable. My kids loved the bunk beds. Favorite part was definitely the balcony with its comfortable seating and views. We have already booked again for September.
