Oakwater Resort - 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Townhouse. Minutes to Disney!

3Bed, 2.5 Bath Townhouse in Kissimmee (Orlando) in the heart of Disney Area. Within couple of miles of Disney World and all restaurants and places are around this location.

Secured gated Community with a heated lagoon-style pool, a fitness center, tennis/basketball courts. Short walk to Super Walmart, restaurants and shopping. Only a short drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.

Our home is setup for a family to come and enjoy their stay in Orlando Area. It has everything you need while on vacation and is well furnished for you to come back to after a long and tiring day at Disney World, Universal or other attractions in the area. 1st floor is a living space and kitchen. 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The back porch is screened and has a peaceful water view and a grassy hill looking over a conservation forest.

Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service- providers come into contact with, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient

This condo served our family great for the five days of AAU National Volleyball tournament. It was roomy, conveniently located and very clean. We had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Hope to stay again next year.

Highly satisfied, would absolutely stay again

Everything was exactly as the listing stated. There was plenty of living, dining, and sleeping space. The host was very responsive, and very friendly. I would recommend this property as an excellent value, and a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed stay. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Convenient, but quiet location.

The condo was very convenient in terms of highway access, and the Super Walmart is right around the corner and has a gas station that made filling up the rental super easy. The condo was clean, and had every thing we needed. Having an actual crib was a huge bonus for my grandchild, as was the stroller. It saved us from renting one at Disney. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We had a volleyball tournament at the Orange County convention center. This was a great location about 20 minute drive. It was quiet, not many at the pool. The worst part was the Walmart traffic. It is the craziest Walmart I have ever seen. Packed from early morning until it closed. I would recommend driving the two miles to the Super Target. I recommend you bring beach towels and any toys the kids might want for the pool.

Great Property and Support

The condo is in great shape and the owners were very friendly and prompt with responding to questions. The place was like a home away from home and comes with more amenities than in the description. Walmart is super close and convenient, so you won't have to bring the house! You can walk to Starbucks too! Great place!

Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze! Home is equipped with everything you need, clean and very well taken care of. Less than 15 minute drive to Disney & ESPN for us. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Simple, clean, pleasant stay at Oakwater Resort.

During the peak season for travel to Disney, I unfortunately started looking late for a place to stay in order to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday with our family. I was pleasantly surprised to find this unit at the Oakwater Resort for my first Vrbo experience. The location was great as it was very close to all of the Disney parks we would be visiting. The communication with the owner was simple, as they provided all the information needed for me to check-in, enter the community and the unit. The unit was spacious, super clean, and had all of the amenities we needed for our 4-night stay. I highly recommend this unit and owner for anyone looking to find a reasonably priced place to stay near the Disney parks.

Disney World Visit

The property was very convenient for Disney World and good access to nearby amenities. We visited without a car and didn't have any issues walking to nearby groceries and using rideshare for Disney. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Spring break getaway

Had the best stay here! Location was perfect. The pool was amazing. The condo had everything we needed plus more. Pool toys, games for the kids. We had a small issue with the fridge, I contacted the owner late at night and within the hour he had sent someone to come look at it. Amazing! Highly recommend! We will be back next year!

Clean, comfortable and close to Disney!

We had a great stay. Gabriel responded quickly to questions, and everything was as advertised. The condo was remarkably clean and comfortable, and the pictures accurately represented the condo and its facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped to prepare any meal you would want to cook on vacation. This is one of the closest options to Disney parks. Even with traffic, it never took more than 15 minutes to get where we wanted to go.

This place is not only close to all Disney parks, it is also close to everything you need to keep you going (Walmart and Starbucks!). The owner was very responsive, the place was clean and it is in a gated community. Would recommend!

Super spacious and close to Disney!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! Spacious and super clean! Great amenities: comfy beds, Roku TVs in all bedrooms, awesome high efficiency washer and dryer, kitchen stocked with all the odds and ends you need. Owner was super quick to respond to any questions. Gated community was nice and quiet. Pool and tennis courts were clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again!!

Excellent stay in Orlando for Families

We loved the amount of space, the fact that it is set up perfectly for families with young children (crib and nightlights and fun disney decorations). It was close to all the parks and amenities. Close to the clubhouse with a pool, playground, and splashpad. Walkind distance to super walmart for any groceries and household items we needed. 5 stars all around!
