COME STAY WITH US!!
We offer a charming cottage with a side covered patio to sit and rest, while enjoying our yard, our waterfall & lots of feathered friends. We've pulled out all the stops to make your stay a memorable one and provide you with all the comforts of home.

We're less than 5 miles to any & all attractions the City of Oaks has to offer.
We look forward to hosting you at our Water Feature Cottage.

Our cottage is one of a kind with the water feature and landscaping. Parking pad at the front door. There are no steps at the entrance door because you are at ground level.
There is a private back covered patio with seating and a grill.
We designed this space to be just the right size for comfort and a great place to get away from your daily travels into the city during the day.
Our goal is to make your stay a memorable one.
Come and visit and make sure you feel right at home during your stay.
This is a non-smoking property, if you are a smoker you will need to book with another host. If you have visitors, they must abide by the same rules.

The Water Feature Cottage was perfect for our 5 night stay, just the right size for 2 people, but also comfortable for our son to visit. The cottage was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The "back porch" patio is perfect for enjoying coffee or drinks and the landscaping is beyond beautiful. We really enjoyed watching birds, listening to frogs and discussing plants with Larry. Thank you Larry, Sandra and (of course) Hobbs!

Overnight get away!

This weekend I wanted to get away from the noise of my home life but I didn't want to go far. This place was the place that made me feel like I was at home away from home. The ambience of backyard and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for an outdoor dinner. The interior of the home was just a cozy. Larry and Sarah was so kind and outgoing and made this a smooth experience.

Perfect cottage with little pond.

Enchanting garden landscaping with koy fish pond . Living room, kitchen open area, small well equipped office, bedroom exits out to private patio with grill. Shower is large and level with floor, bathroom perfect size. Kitchen supplied very well

Cozy Cottage

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and were looking for a place to relax before and after the festivities. This was the perfect spot! The cottage has so much personality and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. the homeowner greeted us with a smile and provided all of the amenities we could possibly need. We will definitely be back.

Another wonderful visit at the Cottage

My husband and I recently stayed at the Cottage while visiting our son who conveniently lives about 2 miles away. This must be about a dozen times we have stayed thee, so much that it truly feels like it is *our* cottage away from home. Absolutely any thing you need has been thoughtfully already provided. Nothing beats waking up to the views of the expansive garden and fountain, and further enjoying all of that scenery walking around with my morning coffee. Larry and Sandra are the most gracious of hosts.

Best hosts ever!

We could not have asked for a better stay or cottage to stay in! We needed a nice place to retreat to after long days at the convention center, and Larry & Sandra provided the perfect spot. The cottage was just the right size for a 6 night stay, complete with laundry room and anything you could need. The property is just stunning with the Koi pond and greenery. It feels extremely secluded, but it's less than a mile from all stores, restaurants, and conveniences. I hope business brings me to Raleigh again just so I can stay here!

A heavenly place to stay

The cottage is my go-to place to stay on my frequent trips to Raleigh to see my son, and I look forward to arriving every time. After more than a dozen stays at the cottage, it truly feels like my home, and garden!, away from home. Such a pleasure to wander around the lovely plantings around the water features and property. And Larry and Sandra are not only warm and welcoming hosts, they have thought of every little thing a guest might need. This property is highly recommended.

Pleasant and Peaceful

A cozy little cottage surrounded by waterfalls, a koi pond and an abundance of birds. The interior of the cottage was filled with all of our needs for a comfortable stay. The hosts are among the nicest people we have ever met.

Very Cute and Comfortable

Stayed for 3 nights. The property was very clean and extremely comfortable. DirectTV made for relaxing evenings and the location was very convenient to Raleigh sites. Will definitely stay at this property again.
