Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. This place was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. As stated in the listing, there is a massive construction project on the north side of the building. Our unit sat on this side and we were awoken to jack hammer noise each morning. Sitting on the balcony with an incredible view of the sunset was definitely not as enjoyable with the loud construction noise. As we know this is out of the resorts control, its worth informing incoming visitors. The beach was also surprisingly dirty with garbage and large amounts of an algae called sargassum, we googled it, that made access to the water a process of hopping through this algae. It was as far down the beach as we could see in both directions.

Beautiful views and perfect location!

Very nice and comfortable condo with a beautiful view! Great beach and love the pool on the property. The location was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Time in Sunny Isles

Lovely Spot and beautiful beach

We stayed here while we attended a family celebration. Staff are terrific, beach, pool and pool bar are perfect. Definitely recommend. Lots of restaurants and grocery within walking distance.

Miami family trip

We had a very good time staying at Marenas resort. Loved how the property was clean and had the most amazing spa smell throughout lobby and hallways. The pool was pretty small but we still enjoyed and it wasn’t super busy. Beach was amazing and having towels and lounges was perfect. We would definitely come back!!!

Week of relaxation

Condo was perfect for the two of us. Clean. Well supplied. Gorgeous view. Staff was so accommodating. Chose not to rent a car and there were plenty of restaurants to find excellent food choices. Can’t wait to return!

Everything went well. Franklin responded to all questions in a timely manner. Housekeeping was very quick to respond to any needs. Condo was clean and smelled fresh. The beach area with chairs, umbrellas and towels were included. We would stay again.
