Ski in/ski out of our freshly remodeled condo. It’s time to book your winter ski trip! We’re in building 2 of the Beaver Run resort where you can enjoy all the amenities of a full service resort. We are just steps away from the Beaver Run Chairlift. The kitchen is loaded with all the supplies you need and we have a king size bed and an american leather queen sofa for you and your guests to enjoy a good night sleep. Enjoy all the jacuzzis and pools, the spa, market, restaurants and bars, arcade and mini golf for the kids. The condo is ADA accessible and has tile throughout.

After ski season, it’s time to put the skis up and enjoy summertime in Breck. Breckenridge has something for everyone each day of the year. Summer time is here so it’s time to put the skis away and enjoy all the other activities Breck has to offer. Enjoy golf with your friend and family, put the hiking boots on for incredible hikes and views of the mountains, grab your mountain bike to shred the trails, walk to Main St and enjoy the live atmosphere and great vibes, grab lunch and your favorite drink for a picnic, get the paddle boards and kayaks out, take a guided water rafting tour, zip lining, horseback ride right outside our condo on Peak 9, or simply relax and soak up the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Lots of activities are happening throughout the year.

Enjoy the coziness of our newly renovated Ski in/Ski out, full ADA accessible, 1 bed/1.75 bath full use condo at Beaver Run Resort at the base of the Beaver Run ski lift. King bed, queen sofa bed (no springs!), twin memory foam bed and new air mattress. Full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, outdoor patio, heated pools, hot tubs, mini golf, arcade, ski storage, restaurants, town shuttle and more! Enjoy all the amenities Beaver Run has to offer. A short walk or free shuttle ride to Main St. and all Breck has to offer. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. One garage parking spot included for additional fee payable to Beaver Run at check in. Additional outdoor parking available directly outside of the unit.

This was a very clean and well updated condo. It is on the first floor and easily accessible to the garage, yet also has close access to the restaurants, amenities and ski lifts. Check in and check out is very easy and similar to a good hotel. The condo was well stocked with usable cooking utensils and other amenities. I would have liked a better view than the parking lot, but for the money I would give this one at 10 out of 10.

Wonderful Getaway...beautiful space!

This was our 2nd time in Breckenridge so that our daughter could participate in the adaptive skiing program at BOEC. We had stayed at Beaver Run before and found it very convenient and with everything you could need at the resort or close by. This unit went a step above that...it was newly remodeled and beautiful, conveniently located on the first floor not far from the elevator. Jennifer went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and addressed several questions we had in a very timely manner. We hope to be back to "Break" very soon and hope that Jennifer's place is available again! Thank you for taking such great care of us and sharing your beautiful space with us! All the Best...

Breck is better

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we would need, including a humidifier. Having a fireplace was lovely on the cold evenings. The ability to ski in ski out was outstanding. The check-in process for the property was a bit difficult. This had nothing to do with the property owner. Would definitely stay again

Great Location, Cozy Spot

We had some trouble with checking in due to a name typo, but overall really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, parking was convenient (although expect a parking fee), fireplace was fun, and the property had everything we needed.

Location, location, location!

The property was still under renovation as of our stay - not an issue for adults but might be for those with children. The kitchen sink also had very low water pressure (not an issue in bathrooms) so making it a bit more challenging to hand wash items. There is no closet to hang clothes, might be an issue for some. Very few supplies although just about any kitchen utensil was available. The location of the unit is about as good as it gets for this type of property. Ski locker was able to accommodate 3 boards and a set of skis - yes, some Tetras skills were needed to accomplish this task. From there it’s right out the door to Beaver Run lift!

Excellent apartment that’s next to a lift

Really good apartment next to one of the main lifts. There was a bus down to town which ran all of the time. Facilities were good and the main building is right next to the lift. Would stay again.

Perfect Location to Lift, and excellent host!

From the moment I found this property, the host (Jennifer) was responsive and full of information. It was my first time to Colorado, and I wanted to make sure it was a really nice vacation for my 15 year old son. She answered all of my questions, and I booked. Once I arrived, she still checked in on me and was a wealth of kindness and helpful information. The location can’t be beat either. You walk down the hall way, down one short set of stairs.. and you’re in front of the chair lift. It really can’t get much better. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Great getaway

Great little condo for a weekend getaway for a couple or small family. It was me and my two daughters, and it was perfect for us. We could have made a family of five work, but it would’ve been cozy. The condo was as advertised, and it had all of the amenities you would expect for a Breckenridge condo. Plenty of bedding, the pull out bed was great for my two daughters, and the master bedroom was very comfortable. The beaver run resort is great. It is not quite ski in ski out, but it is a relatively short walk to and from the lift, and each condo gets a ski locker which makes things very convenient at the end of the day.The beaver run resort is great, there is an indoor pool, eight hot tubs, and arcade for the kids, and a deli type shoppette that that stays open until 9 PM or so. The Wi-Fi was good and the owner is upgrading to a smart TV soon. I look forward to Bringing my wife up there soon and I would highly recommend this condo.

Welcome to Breck! We hope your stay is as magical as the first time we were here. We fell in love with the mountain, the town, the people, and the BOEC. We are a ski family and I have a son with a neuromuscular disorder who has become an avid adaptive skier so we have made Breck our second home! We are renting our place out for the next month and then we will remodel the unit to be fully ADA compliant to accommodate all travelers. My goal is to make the place as comfortable as your own home. Enjoy the extras we have provided and we look forward to your next stay!
