Le meilleur emplacement à Breckenridge! Vous pouvez littéralement aller à pied au télésiège et à tous les bars, restaurants et magasins depuis cet appartement pittoresque et confortable! Montez à bord de la navette municipale juste à l'extérieur, rendez-vous au River Walk Centre pour les événements! Une place de parking souterrain est également disponible. Unité rénovée en 2017 avec tous les nouveaux appareils et meubles. Grande unité au dernier étage à droite sur Ridge St. (à un pâté de maison de Main) calme et accessible à tous ce que Breck a de mieux à vous offrir! Demandez aussi à mes autres emplacements!

Un nouveau lit en mousse à mémoire de forme, un canapé-lit, une smartTV et un intérieur en font le meilleur endroit de la ville. Un intérieur moderne en montagne garde l'appartement spacieux et relaxant pour votre montagne. La commodité et l'accessibilité à tout ce que Breck a à offrir sont à votre portée!

Accès invité:
Tout l'appartement est à vous! D��posez votre sac et votre équipement dans l'unité de rangement et détendez-vous avec beaucoup d'espace. Un clavier permet d’enregistrer les enregistrements tardifs. Accédez au parking de la ruelle de Main St pour un parking souterrain! Pas de pelletage de neige!

Location, location, location. Groceries, Starbucks, Gondola, Peak 9, great restaurants. All within a quick easy walk. Nice warm garage for car too. Just tiny, no dishwasher, dated, no window in bedroom. Still all in all suited our needs and location was incredible. Great and responsive host too!

Had an overall comfortable stay. The location is amazing!! Three minutes max to Main Street & seven minute walk to a dog park. Parking was easy and convenient. Check-in was easy and the location was easy to find as well. Space is cozy and the bed is comfortable, albeit a queen. Really loved all the hooks everywhere made it very logistically practical. Communications during our stay were slow and lacking.

Tremendous location, garage parking, very clean, great neighborhood, a grocery/liquor store literally across the street, super comfortable bed. The apartment was smaller and slightly dated, but we loved it, it suited our needs, and we felt there was so much value for the cost. Good communication with the owner as well.

Property, while older, was spotless and the location was great. Walking distance to Main Street with restaurants and shops. We had a nice stay.

Great Location

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our dogs for a quick weekend trip. It was very easy to find, check in and check out, and it was very quiet. It was also within walking distance of all our favorite spots!

Incredible location!

Our family of three had a great stay! We walked everywhere as the condo is in the best location. With great restaurants, shopping, the ice rink, and the grocery store right next door...nothing could have been more perfect. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us over the long weekend!

Family Ski Trip

This was our 1st family ski trip to Breck and this location was perfect! Very close to Peak 9 and food/shops! We never had to drive and just spent got to explore the town during our stay. Highly recommend this location and if you’re looking for a convenient spot for a mountain getaway!

Summer getaway with the dog

Condo was in an amazing location, well appointed, comfortable, and a good value. Short walk to the river path, dog park, trails, and shops. Restaurants across the street in one direction and a grocery story across the street on the other side. Underground parking is a plus.

In the heart of downtown

This is a cozy little unit that had everything we needed. Its in the perfect location near all the downtown restaurants and bars and is walk able just to about anywhere. We came during winter and it was about 8 outside and snowing. The fact it has a indoor parking garage for your car is super handy. Would stay here again without concern. Its a great property.

Good apartment in great location

Excellent communication, super easy check-in, check-out, unbelievable location. Building is on the older side but the unit was clean and well maintained. Building residents seemed friendly in limited interaction.

Breckenridge 1 bedroom

Nice one bedroom condo that allowed pets. Indoor parking was a BIG advantage. Just off Main Street in the heart of the historic district. We could walk everywhere which was a big plus. Owner was super responsive. Answered my emails very quickly.
