Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. We had the most amazing stay here in Sunny Isles! The unit had everything we needed and there was plenty of space! The building staff is very friendly, and Franklin was an amazing host. We'll be back 100%

Everything about our stay here was perfect except for the rainy weather. The place was gorgeous and the views were nothing short of amazing! The beach was stunning as well. The employees were top-notch, providing excellent customer service. My family and I would love to come back!

Perfect stay with stunning views!

We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect—close to everything. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning views from the balconies—absolutely breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Great view

Nice view! (19th floor) Beach chairs too close together and lots of seaweed in April. No swimming for us. Pool is too small but outdoor bar is cute with great drinks. Checkin was after 4 although resort knew we’d be there around 2. Not much to walk to that interested us or our kids.

Girls’ Trip

We stayed at this property from Sunday to Friday. I had my mom and my 4 teenage daughters. Beautiful resort! I love that beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are included so we did not have to travel with them. There was help everywhere! I just wish I would have been prepared for tip money ahead of time. I did not realize it was a resort and mistakenly assumed it was more of a self-serve property like we usually book. The check-in process was not complicated, but the system was down when we arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning, so we did have to hang out in the car for an additional 20 minutes. My only suggestion would be more instructions upon check-in. I had no idea of the amenities. Wonderful experience and my girls were all sad to leave!

Beautiful place and a great location. The only complaint we had was that there was no mention of an additional resort fee of 35 and a daily 35 parking fee. So plan on 70 extra per day plus taxes. This should be included in the property description. Other than that, a great place.

Nice location on the beach

Water for showers was never hot. We were not told about the complimentary breakfasts. My family objected to the clowingly sweet smell in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.

Oceanfront Condo

After visiting Biscayne Bay National Park, we stayed two nights at the condo. The view is magnificent. The condo is well stocked with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Just know that you are changed a daily fee for amenities and there is a valet parking fee. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

Beautiful suite!!

We loved this 2 bedroom suite! The views could not be beat, and for the location on the water I thought the price was excellent. The amenities at the Marenas are also great- comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, there is a pool, hot tub, games for the kids outside and indoors, valet is included which was so nice, staff were very friendly, beds were very comfortable, it's super close to Aventura restaurants and shopping, grocery store within walking distance... The only reason I gave 4 stars to check-in instead of 5 is because we were told we could stay on a lower floor, but when we got there, they put us on the 23rd floor, and we were only able to go to a lower floor the 2nd night, which meant that of course we needed to pack everything up! So we did not love that but we would for sure stay here again!!

Impressive place for the price

I’m very impressed of this place Located in prime of Sunny isles just by Porsche and Bentley buildings.Personal of valet parking is 100% and at the lounge bar is a guy called Chistian 200%.To tell the thru my family and myself visit the bar every night for that guy Cristian.This place is very recordable.
