Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. Excellent. It was unusual for the VRBOs I've stayed at as it is a room inside a hotel/resort. The customer service at the hotel was great, property was clean, and Franklin the host was very responsive. The room was clean, the view was great. We loved it.

The Merenas Beach Resort is a great family resort. It is clean and has friendly and helpful staff. The private beach with chairs and umbrellas included was a nice amenity. The condo itself has an awesome balcony with the view of the beach/ocean. It could use some new carpet and a little updating but it was over a nice property.

The host was great. The resort had some issues with air conditioning but the host was very gracious and accommodating to us. This was our third time to stay in his condo and we will be back!!

Views were amazing. Exactly what we were looking for. I would check with resort next time to see if they have a special event going on at same time. But- that is no fault of owner. Nicely furnished and very responsive to texts. I highly recommend this.

Ocean was visible from the side of the building. Parking was a hassle and takes time to learn the process for the valet service only option.

This was a condo time share hotel. The pics were not accurate to our unit. The carpeting was very tired. The second room was a lock out room, not what we expected at all. There were also additional fees we were not told about, the only way to park was valet and there was a daily resort fee. The pluses were it was right on the beach and was a good location with restaurants and food shopping nearby. We would not go back.

Perfect stay with stunning views!

We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect—close to everything. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning views from the balconies—absolutely breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.
