Indian Lake National City MI beach front home. Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans, one bath home located within Huron National forest Iosco County Mi. We do provide a starter amount of consumables, there is shopping 10 miles away in Tawas. Over 140 feet of private lakefront. Remodeled kitchen fully equipped, newly remodeled full bath. New flooring throughout. 1/2 hour from Oscoda and the AuSable river. Available trail riding, cross country skiing, boating, ice fishing, waterfowl hunting as well as deer and Turkey hunting. Lot size is over 1.5 acres, lots of room to stretch out. Ten miles from Tawas, Lumberman’s monument. Launch and dock your fishing or waterfowl boat right on the property. Get together for a fun week of snowmobiling or trail riding through miles of Huron National forest. TV’s in living room and two bedrooms. Fireplace with wood insert, outside fire pit, kayaks, paddle board and canoe included. (NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY). This is our family vacation home, we purchased January of 2020. Great place to relax and enjoy nature.

This place is amazing! The house is very clean and had everything we need. The property is very peaceful and the neighbors are very nice. The hosts are wonderful and such great communicators. This is our fourth time being there and definitely not our last!

Vacation with family

Overall, the property looked as pictured, updated kitchen, well stocked with various cookware and dishes along with updated bathroom. Our host was quick to respond to our needs and help with any problems we encountered. The kids loved using the kayaks and my husband and son enjoyed fishing on the lake. The sunsets were gorgeous and the sunroom was a perfect play area for our 2yr. old and 4yr. old grandchildren. We enjoyed our stay.

House was large and beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need, including some spices. Bathroom was beautiful, newly remodeled, and included a washer and dryer. Large beds in two rooms and the other one set up very well for several kids. Adults and kids had a lot of fun catching fish off the back dock. Lake was very quiet. All of us (all ages) enjoyed our stay and Tawas was just a quick drive away.

Great Host

The house had all the necessities you could imagine and then some. Even the remotes were color coded to each room color.The property is set with a gorgeous view of the lake and the geese families. Our host was very kind and kept in touch with us throughout the week by VRBO mail.I can't say enough about this very comfortable property.

Perfect location for a quick relaxing getaway

When looking for an October getaway for my husband and I, the criteria was pretty simple: quiet location, nice view with either sunrises or sunsets, a fire pit and a clean comfortable place to relax. This beautiful property on Indian lake far surpassed our expectations. Eric and Suzanne created a beautiful place with all the comforts of home.

Back Again!

I think we found our ultimate place to get away and yet we feel like we are at home! This was our second time back this summer. It has everything we need and it is so peaceful. The lake is beautiful with a nice sandy beach with kayaks and a paddle available! The owners have been scd answer all of our questions almost immediately.

We absolutely loved our time here. The place is clean and in a great location to explore the Tawas and Oscoda area. Our family loved fishing and the sunset view is amazing! We highly recommend a stay here!

From the moment we walked into to these incredibly clean property we could see why it was rated so well. The cottage was clean, spacious and the views are like no other. They had everything we needed and i do mean everything. The owner was kind enough to be there at check in and help my husband with his fishing boat. We enjoyed the lake everyday and hung out at the sand bar. The sunsets are incredible. We believe this is the best property on the lake. My daughter (4 yrs old) enjoyed the sandy beach. I can say we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

Indian Lake Getaway

This place was very nice and clean and had everything that we needed. The beach was nice and sandy, which made it very easy to launch the paddleboat we had access to. The owner was very easy to communicate with. This lake was great for fishing and had beautiful sunsets every night! There were a few stores close by, which was very convenient. We had a wonderful time and it was very relaxing. We would definitely consider coming back!

Clean, quiet, with everything a family needs

Upon opening the front door the first thing you notice is the cleanliness and order of the house. Second thing is a wonderful view of the lake. Third thing noticed is how well “stocked” the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom come. The kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boat were perfect. The family enjoyed the lake activities and even caught several small mouth bass
.all catch and release. The visits by the Loons and Heron were fantastic. For a family looking for a clean, comfy, and relaxing vacation, this place is ideal. The owners are nice and very responsive with communications.

Relaxing time

We had a very enjoyable relaxing 6 night stay from 6/21 thru 6/27. The cottage was very cozy & comfortable. The weather for the most part was beautiful with temps ranging from upper 70s to upper 80s the first 5 days. Cooler & cloudy Monday & Tues. The cottage was very clean comfortable & well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked. The family had a great time with fishing, kayaking, & the paddle boat, & relaxing on the deck. Would definitely recommend.
