This place has truly has one of the best views of the ocean in all of Ocean City! Sit and watch the sunrise and the ocean from the balcony of this totally-renovated ocean front 2BR/2BA condo in the Diamond Head community! This modern condo is just steps from the 80th Street Beach and has wide views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. The community has a private pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day) and two parking spots.

Diamond Head is in a great neighborhood in a less crowded part of Ocean City. Our building is only five floors so you won't have to deal with crowds. We are also close to great restaurants and shops like Ropewalk, Bayside Skillet, The Hobbit, Fins, South Moon Under, Fractured Prune, and Victoria's Seafood. The Ocean City boardwalk is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away. You are a short drive away from Assateague National Seashore, amusement parks, kayaking in the bay, and charter fishing. This fabulous condo is in a well-maintained, safe building in a quieter part of ocean city but still close to everything. This is a family-friendly building right on the ocean where you won't find big crowds or high-school partiers.

The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized for each guest. Our place will sparkle from the moment you walk in the door.

You will have one of the best views of the ocean from the private balcony. This unit was recently renovated with a modern, beach theme. The kitchen is completely modern with great appliances and great amenities (ice maker, coffee maker AND Keurig, blender, toaster, toaster oven, stock pot to cook crabs, etc.). All of the balcony furniture is new.

The living room offers plenty of seating space for your group to relax while enjoying view of the ocean in a light-filled living area. There are TVs in the Living Room and Master Bedroom with free HBO and access to your streaming accounts.

This condo sleeps 7 guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed with a new mattress and a flat-screen smart TV. The master bedroom has a private bathroom.

The second bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed with new mattresses that is perfect for families with kids. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are totally renovated with new shower heads, mattresses, decor, fixtures, etc.

The unit includes lighting fast 5G Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Beach chairs and beach toys are provided complimentary.

Assigned parking is available for two cars in the community lot. You will never have to search for a parking spot.

The condo is located on the third floor and is accessed by elevator or stairs. The building and unit is fully handicap accessible. Ramps are in place as an alternative to stairs for easy wheelchair access.

We had a great late summer stay! Randy was an amazing host, checking in on us and giving us suggestions of things to do. We really enjoyed the view from the unit! One of our favorite things to do was eat dinner while enjoying the ocean views. There were many beach amenities that we could bring down with us, including chairs, an umbrella, and toys for the kids. The unit was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home while we were there.

Let me start by saying location, location, location! The condo is spotless and right on the ocean with a pool. The host is very easy to contact and provides all the information you need to enjoy your trip. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the condo and plan to return. My absolute favorite part was starting and ending the day on the balcony and hearing the ocean. All around amazing.

Our host was great to work with and let us know he was available anytime we would need him. He reached out to us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. The condo was comfortable, very clean, and they supplied everything we needed. Walking distance to great restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony having our morning coffee with a perfect view of the ocean. The pool area was very nice and clean. We liked everything about this condo, as well as the area, and will definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay for spring break! Our condo was wonderful for our family with a fantastic view! Parking was easy, and we really appreciated the beach cart to make both car and beach trips smooth. Had the perfect week in this condo! We were there the first week of June, which is right before the busy summer season starts, and the parking lot, condo, and beach were mostly empty - which was fabulous! Perfect sunny weather the entire week. The condo was very clean and had so many extra supplies - from kitchen dishes/cookware/storage/utensils to soap and paper towels. You can watch and hear the ocean from the spacious balcony - which is my favorite part of this rental. We even spotted dolphins a few of the days. The pictures match the rental and the owner was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Randy and Amy’s place! The location is absolutely perfect- just a few steps to the beach! The view cannot be beat! Having coffee and watching the sunrise was the highlight of my trip! The hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. The condo has everything you need for your stay, including bonus items, like chairs and toys for the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

We had a great time on our vacation. Check in was super easy. The owner was super quick to respond with any small questions we had. While it was beautiful staying on the beach, the kids also enjoyed the pool…as did the adults lol. We go to Ocean City often but this was the first time at this place and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo!

We had a great time here! Condo was perfect, on the beach, with a pool that was never super crowded. Great location on the coastal highway too. Owners were so pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely be booking with them again!
