Location de vacances 2 chambres 2 salles de bain !!!

Le condo est de 2 chambres (2 lits queen et un lit complet) et 2 salles de bain complĂštes. L'unitĂ© est cĂŽtĂ© ocĂ©an, donc pas besoin de traverser de rue pour atteindre la plage. Vous ĂȘtes littĂ©ralement Ă  50 pieds du sable. Le plancher de l'unitĂ© entiĂšre se compose de bois franc, de carreaux ou de marbre. La cuisine a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e, y compris de nouvelles armoires en chĂȘne et des comptoirs en carrelage avec tous les appareils nĂ©cessaires (les appareils n'Ă©taient pas mis Ă  jour mais toujours modernes). Il y a une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ©. Vous verrez la vue depuis le balcon avant privĂ© ainsi que le salon est vraiment Ă  couper le souffle quelle que soit l'heure de la journĂ©e. Il y a une place de stationnement garantie avec l'unitĂ© ainsi qu'un parking gratuit dans la rue juste en face de l'unitĂ©. Les draps, serviettes, oreillers personnels et tous les produits en papier doivent ĂȘtre fournis par le locataire. Le coĂ»t est une courbe en forme de cloche culminant en juillet et aoĂ»t. J'accepte les locations Ă  la semaine ou au mois uniquement pendant la haute saison. En dehors de juillet ou aoĂ»t, nous pouvons discuter d'un coĂ»t par nuit si vous le souhaitez. Des rabais sont appliquĂ©s pour plusieurs semaines louĂ©es. J'organise un service de nettoyage. DĂ©solĂ©, aucune personne ĂągĂ©e du secondaire ou du collĂšge n'est acceptĂ©e.

Les mises Ă  niveau prĂ©cĂ©demment dĂ©crites ont eu lieu hors saison 2016-2019. Les deux chambres ont Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement repeintes et Ă©quipĂ©es de grandes tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat. Un nouvel Ă©cran plat plus grand a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© installĂ© dans le salon. La salle de bain principale a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e pour inclure un sol en marbre et une douche Ă  l'italienne.

We had a great stay during Oceans Calling! Really enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings with an excellent view of the ocean. The condo was perfect for our needs, spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you, Kevin!

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. However I was not aware when booking that we were up 2 flights of stairs and at 61 and 75, having to bring all of our linens it took several trips to get it all up there. Before we finalized the booking, another couple was supposed to be with us, they would have had to turn around and go home because of the stairs. We just think it should have been mentioned in the condo's description that its on the second floor and there are no elevators. The outlet next to the stove that the microwave is plugged into is sketchy, and in need of repair. Also, paying 125 housekeeping fee and being expected to leave the place spotless doesnt make sense to us. We have never stayed in a place before where you couldn't leave clean dishes in the dishwasher. That being said, we thank you for allowing us to stay. The neighborhood is very nice too. We appreciated Kevin's quick responses.

This was perfect for us to have a nice weekend for Labor Day. The place was very clean, close to the beach for convenience, and comfortable beds to sleep in. I would love to come back some time next year for another stay.

When we arrived at the property after a 6-hour drive, the place was filthy. Dirty dishes in the sink, dirty floors, filthy covers on the beds, filthy disgusting toilets. Several attempts to contact the host were not successful. However, out of the blue a half hour later the cleaners showed up saying they were running late. I find that hard to believe. I think the host got my messages and called them. Then the key to the outdoor shower was missing. Host said he would drop off another key - never happened. I have several photos to send you but I left my phone home by mistake so I'll send them tomorrow. I was very disappointed with this trip and will not be returning to this property.

The location is great - views of the beach and bay, walkable to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, candy store and Seacrets! The house is clean and very comfortable for our family. Communication with the host was great and made travel so smooth. Highly recommend!!

Responsive host

The host was extremely responsive both with scheduling and with a check in issue where the cleaner had skipped us due to a scheduling mix up. Overall very happy and a great place for families to stay.

Great location! Mattresses were not comfortable. Floors were not very clean. View was great! Not happy about 125 cleaning fee when floors and mattresses were dirty.

Nice place to put your feet up

The condo was in a perfect location to meet all of our needs. The condo provided enough space and comfort for our group. Make sure you read the welcome packet before your stay, as you will need to provide most all basic necessities such as sheets and towels.

Great Place, Great Location

Kevin's place was perfect for our needs! We went to Ocean's Calling, and the condo was very close to the Convention Center, where we were able to catch the shuttle to the event. The condo itself was spacious, which was wonderful since we were traveling with our two adult children. The balcony was very spacious and well furnished, with a beautiful side view of the ocean. Everything in the condo worked well and the place was immaculate. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the beds themselves were sort of uncomfortable, soft and floppy, and the condo could definitely use some new mattresses. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!.

Redemption!

Had the vacating from Hell after staying on the Boardwalk above that darn Subway with their pounding music. This was an incredibly clean, accomodating, perfect unit that was very well taken care of. I've been coming to OCMD for 30 years. 16 years of Bike Fest, and this, by far, was the vest!! I did 2 marriages in the beach and both couples lived the condo. They came up to get their paperwork filed out. Balcony was a bit small but it was still an amazing stay. Saw dolphins from the unit, watching seaside. Loved the condo!

Perfect OC Condo!

Kevin was amazing to work with, always answered any questions we had whether it pertained to the condo or just things to do around ocean city. The check in process was very smooth and the rooms were very cozy. It’s convenient it’s basically right on the beach too!

Lovely Getaway

We were absolutely so impressed with the condo.. highly recommend this place for anyone coming down to OCMD! Location, parking, the availability of kitchen equipment

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Ocean City has been in my family's blood since my mom started going as a child. I was in the sand at 6 weeks old and have never looked back. Our family vacations here every summer and the only things that stay the same are the sun, sand, and waves! I have so many memories I could l type for days. From Fisher's Popcorn to Polish Water Ice to the White Marlin Open.

I was able to use my experience growing up in Ocean City and my parents' knowledge to purchase the ideal condo. In my opinion, the location cannot be beaten. The most important thing is the condo is oceanside, so anyone with kids does not have to worry about crossing that deadly 8-lane Coastal Highway. Next was the view. Watching the sunrise over the ocean in the morning is truly breathe taking (see pictures) and at night you can watch the sunset over the bay. Also, with it being a private balcony, you can turn the air off and sleep with the screen door open as you listen to the waves hit the beach. I love that you walk down the steps and are literally less than 50 feet from the sand! Lastly, but certainly not the least important is its location in the town itself. It is the perfect mid-town family-friendly location. It is off the boardwalk so you don't have to worry about late-night noise or activities, but not up on 100th street where you have to fight all the traffic to get downtown and the crowded beaches up there. From my unit, the boardwalk is about a mile away and makes for a lovely evening walk or a quick bus ride or drive down to enjoy dinner, rides, and of course water ice, popcorn, and fries! The midtown location also provides a level of quietness as you as not surrounded by hotels, but rather other condos and even some permanent residents across the street. This also leads to much more space on the beach for kids to play and not have everyone walking on their towels. It is also a quick walk to one of Dumser's Ice cream locations which makes a great late-night snack!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

As mentioned above, this unit has many unique benefits. I have remodeled a lot of the unit to add my own touches which really liven the unit up. I can't say enough about the private front balcony that allows for the gorgeous views and the safety of sleeping with the air off and the door open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves hitting the beach at night. The location is also a huge benefit to this condo over others in the town of Ocean City. On a personal note, I enjoy jogging on early summer mornings down the ally ways until I reach the boardwalk. It is much better than running on Coastal Highway. The unit is also very spacious which allows for the whole extended family to come and stay and sleep on some air mattresses and the couch without being on top of each other. The master bathroom was also remodeled to include a walk-in shower. The removal of all carpets prevents the musty seashore smell within the condo as well as helps to keep the sand out. The street is a very quiet street with no hotels, only private condos, and even permanent residents.
