This property was awesome for our year-end corporate retreat. We loved the bowling and indoor basketball court. We also made good use of the pool table, shuffleboard table, and hot tub. The property manager was always there to answer questions when I had them and was very knowledgable about the property. Overall would highly recommend to anyone who likes bowling or any of the other activities this property had to offer.

Perfect Rental for a guys trip/bachelor party!

This rental was absolutely perfect for the type of trip we were looking for! 14 men who wanted to play like boys and it was a complete mission success. The house was fairly clean and in good order, and the linens/beds were very clean and comfortable. I would not describe the property as "nice" or "high end", but it was perfect for a large group who wants to enjoy the games that were available. The description was accurate and the hosts we're incredibly helpful and responsive!

Family Gathering

This home has everything you need to keep the whole family busy, while having fun! We bowled, played basketball and went swimming night and day.

Great house for large group

The Bowling Villa is even better in person than the photos! All of my friends and I had an incredible time and continued to be amazed at everything this space had to offer throughout our stay. The host was helpful in the planning process, gave very clear guidelines/instructions and checked in on us routinely as well. I would highly recommend !

Everything met our family's expectations. We appreciate the owner and his flexibility during a last-minute notice. The previous property was not safe. We worked with VRBO to find another location the day before Thanksgiving.

Best Time in Vegas!

This house had enough space to comfortably sleep 29 people; It made our stay in Vegas unforgettable! The bowling alley went down a few times during our stay, but Brian was able to send a technician out very quickly to fix the issue. Plenty of games and activities on offer to keep you entertained.

This House is Phenomenal!

This vacation rental was absolutely phenomenal! The stay was exceptional, truly the ultimate party house with an incredible array of amenities. The bowling alley was a crowd favorite, keeping us entertained for hours, and the indoor basketball court sparked some lively competitions. The poker table and billiards table were perfect for evening hangouts, creating a fun, upscale vibe. The bar area was a great touch, hosting many thoughtful discussions. The outdoor basketball court provided beautiful scenery for pick up games, and the amazing pool and jacuzzi, which added the relaxing and luxurious element to our stay. This place had nearly everything you could dream of for an epic group getaway—highly recommend!

The property managers were very nice and the place was clean and nice. But we were expecting luxury. It wasn't that. The pictures are a bit deceiving.Stay here if you want a great family getaway. Not if you want to impress high end people.

We booked this villa for our very first bowling retreat, and it absolutely exceeded expectations! The private lanes were incredible—well-maintained, high-quality, and perfect for serious play. The hosts even arranged for a professional oil technician to keep the lanes in top condition, which made a huge difference and showed just how thoughtfully everything was planned. Beyond the bowling, the villa was packed with activities and entertainment options that kept our group fully engaged the entire stay. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. We had such a memorable time and would definitely book again without hesitation!

Perfect house set up!

This was the perfect set up for our basketball team trip. We had about 25 total and with the bowling alley, pool, bball indoor and outdoor, pool table, foosball, air hockey, arcade.... they kids had plenty to keep them occupied between games. Even the turf area we stretched and got ready for games. Host was great and responsive. We would stay there again for sure.

Honestly this place slept 28 guest comfortably. I was impressed by the capacity and size of this house. Location was great too <15 minutes from the strip.

You’ll never be bored

This is a great rental for a large group. In our case it was a group with an age range from 1 to 62. Everyone had a great time and there was something for everyone to do.. this property has more entertainment options than any place I’ve ever stayed at. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out along with a range of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had more than enough stemware, plates, and cups and the cooking equipment was sufficient. The property management company was extremely responsive and provides plenty of information before and after the stay. We have tried other large houses in Vegas, one of which is close to this one, but none of them have measured up to this property, it’s quality, and the professionalism of the management company. We will be using this property the next time we hold a family or work event in Las Vegas

Amazing House

To be honest, we were a little discouraged when we pulled up because wethought there was no way that the size of the house we were seeing contained all of what was expected. Once we got in we realized that the house keeps going and going just downwards. The house was amazing and we ended up not doing as much as expected because we were having do much fun hanging at the house. Was perfect. The only negatives is that the bowling went out of service 3 times. The first 2 we had it fixed. The third time was at midnight on our last night so we did not push to have the tech come back. In all fairness there 15 of us bowling a lot My last gripe would be that there was no speakers rigged up for a Bluetooth connection. We didn't bring one because we assumed there would definitely be a system. Definitely recommend for an epic trip.
