Everything you need to enjoy a tropical vacation is right here! This stunning1800 square ft. townhome built in 2015 is professionally decorated in coastal décor and equipped with numerous upgrades and luxury items. Enjoy the lakefront view on your front lanai in the morning, spend the afternoon at the resort pool, then enjoy a restful evening on your back balcony overlooking the semi-private pool and gathering area right in your backyard. Make new friends or do your own thing. The unit is perfect for couples, families, and work-from-home travelers alike. This is a private, gated community with security. If you are looking for a beautiful tropical getaway in Southwest Florida this is it!

The Property

This property is extra clean, wonderfully equipped, and is located on a highly desirable Quad with semi-private pool and community area. It is a "Santa Cruz" model, which is the only Quad model with both a front and back lanai. The home is light and airy with beautiful main floor plantation shutters.

As you enter the property, be sure to check out the water view from the front lanai. Once inside, you'll enjoy the beautifully arranged, extra comfortable living room with its 55-inch HD Smart TV, Bluetooth soundbar, and ceiling fan. The main floor 1/2 bathroom is adjacent for easy access.

Walk into the dining room and notice the large dining table for 8. It also has a desk and in case you need to work from home or do some schoolwork. A desk light, surge protector, and high speed WIFI are provided.

The LARGE kitchen has upgraded 42-inch cabinets, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and under-cabinet lighting. This property has more counter space than any other townhome model in Paseo. It contains all appliances, utensils, and equipment you will need to prepare any type of meal. We have place settings for 12, heavy flatware, a knife set, upgraded cookware, bakeware, insulated cups, wine glasses, corkscrew, high ball glasses, shot glasses, insulated cups, large hydro flask thermos, Keurig coffee maker for individual K-cups or 10-cup pot, spatula and tongs for the grill, Tupperware, serving dishes, measuring cups and spoons, vegetable chopper, egg cooker, and more!

Walk upstairs where you will find the master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry closet.

The master bedroom has an elevated king-sized bed, 46-inch HD Smart TV, ceiling fan, a large dresser, and a walk-in closet with shoe rack and plenty of hangers. The master bathroom offers luxury towels and bathmats, a double-vanity with granite countertops, a large fully-tiled walk-in shower, soaking tub, and private toilet area.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, a 42-Inch HD Smart TV, ceiling fan, a second desk and chair, and a closet with extra hangers.

The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a large dresser, a ceiling fan, and a closet with extra hangers. The twin beds can be converted into a king-size bed using our conversion kit and our king-size bedding set.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and single vanity. The extra-large washer & dryer, ironing board, and iron are tucked away in the hallway laundry closet.

We provide wireless, high-speed internet at no extra charge. Lighting is dimmable throughout the unit. All bed linens and kitchen linen as well as bath and beach towels are provided. There are extra towels, sheets, pillows, hair dryers, and hangers throughout the unit. Cleaning supplies are also provided.

For your convenience, we have 8 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a soft cooler on wheels stored in the garage. Feel free to use our 2 beach cruiser bicycles and our brand-new Weber charcoal grill. We have one free parking space in our garage with an electric garage door opener. If you have more than one vehicle there is free parking in front and in back of the unit.

The Paseo Community

Paseo is a breathtaking resort-like community with beautiful landscaping and scenery. The main pool complex is located just two blocks from our unit. It includes elaborate waterfalls and rocks capes, a lap pool, a children's water park, a hot tub, and a fishing pier. The poolside Tiki Bar with 8 televisions serves lunch, dinner, and tropical drinks at its large bar and the surrounding outdoor seating area. All prices are very reasonable.

The 24,000 square-foot Village Center - also 2 blocks from our unit - includes a full-service concierge with free coffee each morning, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, an Irish pub, an internet-café, a coffee shop, a 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center with Matrix equipment and fitness classes, a business center and library, spa services, and a 90-seat movie theater with elevated seating and free popcorn.

The Village Center Fitness Center is a 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art gym featuring treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, free weights, 14 Matrix weight machine stations, and a fitness studio offering spinning, yoga, and Zumba classes.

The Village Center Spa offers a full menu of spa services, including manicures, pedicures, a variety of facials, and 6 different kinds of massages.

The Lifestyle Parks offer 6 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a lighted half basketball court, lighted bocce ball, and beach volleyball. It's a great place to enjoy daily walks and bicycle rides along the many fountain ponds, gazebos, and the beautiful landscaping. Everyone here is so friendly! You will have no trouble meeting people and making new friends.

A full-time activity director keeps the social calendar full and organized. Renters can enjoy twice-weekly music groups by the main pool, karaoke nights, music trivia, cash bingo, puzzle pick-ups, billiards, poker tournaments, scrabble groups, bridge club, movies, and more.

The Location

Conveniently located just east of Interstate 75 off Daniels Parkway, it's only a 10-minute drive from RSW International Airport. Beach lovers will enjoy Paseo's proximity to beaches at Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island.

We are within 10 minutes of Publix, CVS, Walgreens, wonderful restaurants, and the Gulf Coast Town Center shopping area. We are within 15 minutes of the natural environment of Six Mile Cypress Slough and the Bell Tower Shops.

We are close to Downtown Ft. Myers where you can enjoy the Winter Estates of Thomas Edison & Henry Ford and the thriving nightlife of the river District.

Paseo is just 10 minutes from JetBlue Park - the winter home of the Boston Red Sox, and 15 minutes from Century Link Park - the winter home of the Minnesota Twins.

Additional Notes & Restrictions

Please note that Paseo HOA requires a background check for all renters wanting credentials to access the main pool, tiki bar, gym, library, and movie theater. Credentials are NOT required to access the quad pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, or bocce ball. The cost for the background check is $100 for up to two persons. Instructions will be provided upon booking.

A 30-night rental period is required by the HOA, with exceptions for months with fewer days. Please send us a message if you are interested in fewer days and we will attempt to accommodate.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes inside the unit, garage, and quad courtyard.

The HOA does not allow renters to have pets.

Great stay!
Spotlessly clean and with so many little things that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Wonderful community within the quad as well as within the entire Paseo resort. Hosts were quick to communicate and helpful at all times. Highly recommend this rental.

Awesome Property and Owners!
We have rented several times at Paseo over the last several years and by far, Karen and Brad are the gold standard by which we will measure future stays at Paseo. Our unit was as advertised, spotless on arrival and just about everything one would need was made available for us. The two lanai's in this unit made things really comfortable to enjoy our morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Our unit is located in a "QUAD" and is one of only 20 in all of Paseo with the dual lanai feature. It was great to have our own pool and lounging area in the quad courtyard. The community center is within 5 minutes walking distance as well. Our experience with Karen and Brad was great and I'd highly recommend them for their responsiveness, professionalism, kindness and most importantly treating us like friends. Gary & Roxane

Wonderful Paseo condo
The condo and community did not disappoint. The quad pool is like having your own. The condo has two screened lanai which is a place we spent a lot of time. One big bonus is the garage for parking. Your vehicle is protected and no getting onto a hot hot car. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The property is professionally decorated and spotless. Built in 2015, it is relatively new and has many luxury upgrades. The coastal décor is perfect for renters wanting the "Florida feel". Our unit is one of only 20 in the entire community that has a back balcony. It is actually our favorite room in the house! You can also enjoy your own semi-private pool that only owners in our quad can enjoy. We offer1 garage space and free parking outside the unit. Everyone in the quad is so friendly!
