Great stay!

Spotlessly clean and with so many little things that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Wonderful community within the quad as well as within the entire Paseo resort. Hosts were quick to communicate and helpful at all times. Highly recommend this rental.

Christmas at Paseo

Everything was perfect…..couldn’t have been better! Enjoyed our stay….the home is beautiful, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed! Love the Paseo community….so many activities and the pool can’t be beat! Hosts were great….always available to help!

Amazing condo in paradise

We had a great visit with family in December. The condo was well decorated and spotless. Paseo has a resort style pool that was great for the kids. We loved the location off of Daniel that's close to I-75 or 41. We will 100% be back!

A true gem in Florida

This place is perfect. The condo is well maintained, stocked with essentials and clean and updated.The location in paseo is great, very close to the mainpool, movietheater and gym, you can take a short stroll to the main buildings to get your free morning coffe and chat with the locals. The owners are very attentive and easy to communicate with, instructions are clear and check in and out is easy and smooth. We Will definitely try to come back and stay at this condo again.

Wonderful Paseo condo

The condo and community did not disappoint. The quad pool is like having your own. The condo has two screened lanai which is a place we spent a lot of time. One big bonus is the garage for parking. Your vehicle is protected and no getting onto a hot hot car. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Beyond Expectations!

Hands down the best rental we have had! Everything was wonderful from the condo, to the complex, to the owner! Condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We tend to stay in for most meals and we had everything and MORE that we needed. Beach bags, cooler, blue ice, yetis, salad spinner, you name it! Karen was super responsive to any questions or concerns! Pretty sure my husband and her are BFFs now! Quad pool was super nice too! The thing that made this rental stand out for us was the 2 lanais, both screened in. Provided so much more living space, as we could separate and spread out. Really a stand out rental! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome Property and Owners!

We have rented several times at Paseo over the last several years and by far, Karen and Brad are the gold standard by which we will measure future stays at Paseo. Our unit was as advertised, spotless on arrival and just about everything one would need was made available for us. The two lanai's in this unit made things really comfortable to enjoy our morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Our unit is located in a "QUAD" and is one of only 20 in all of Paseo with the dual lanai feature. It was great to have our own pool and lounging area in the quad courtyard. The community center is within 5 minutes walking distance as well. Our experience with Karen and Brad was great and I'd highly recommend them for their responsiveness, professionalism, kindness and most importantly treating us like friends. Gary & Roxane

Paseo - ein Traum !

In diesem wunderschönen Reihenhaus haben wir 3 Wochen genossen. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Auch alles, was man für einen Standbesuch benötigt, ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. In den großen Boxspringbetten (3 Schlafzimmer) haben wir hervorragend geschlafen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und standen uns für eventuelle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Es war uns auch eine Freude, in dem Pool gleich hinter dem Haus, entspannen zu können. Paseo ist eine Traum-Anlage mit Clubhaus, diversen Poolbereichen, Gym usw.! Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften und kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Our hosts were as great as the beautiful condo.

The entire property/community is just lovely. The condo had everything that we needed for a month long stay, including a well appointment kitchen, fluffy towels and crisp bed linens. There are several amenities on property such as community pools (one right outside the backdoor), bbq grills, and casual dining options (tiki bar, food trucks). The owners kept us updated on events and community policies throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any question that I had, and quickly and effectively responded to the one and only (small) maintenance issues. There are two desks and a large dining table that were well employed, as we e were there for business so having comfortable work stations was very important. I can't stress strongly enough how helpful the owners' were with property and general area information.

We had a wonderful stay at Paseo. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. Karen handled all problems that we had very promptly and professionally. She is very responsive. The quad pool was a nice bonus. The main pool was only a short walk away. We would recommend booking here!

Friendly and beautiful resort

We had a wonderful time at Paseo. The quad pool was a definite plus. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated with high end furnishings. Karen and Brad are great hosts, and responded to all our questions very promptly. The lanai on the pool side was the cherry on the sundae!

Amazing property! Amazing property owners!

This home is not only beautiful, but you will feel right at home with every necessity met. The property grounds are filled with activities for everyone. The pools, pub, movie theater, tennis courts! Beautiful landscape, lakes, and wildlife! It truly is an oasis. The owners of this property were also friendly, but professional and made sure that my family and I had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable,and fun. Just book it already! Trust me you WILL NOT REGRET IT
