We loved our stay at this cute, clean 2-bedroom, 2-bath house on Hilton Head! The location was perfect—within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. We especially enjoyed having two screened-in porches to relax on. The owner was so accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is gorgeous, clean and exactly as it is pictured! The screened in porch is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable! It was perfect for our family of four.We really enjoyed the two beach accesses. We particularly liked the access by the Marriott. Loggerhead Landing is a is an outdoor restaurant right near the access and was a great spot to grab a drink or lunch. There are plenty of beach supplies located in the unit, including a wagon to transport them to the beach. You are also very close to restaurants and shopping…just a short drive or bike ride.

We enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head island, and this condo was the perfect spot for us. It had everything we needed, and it was a great location for first timers. We selected it because we were vacationing with a little dog for the first time, and pets are welcome at Treetops/Ocean Breeze.

The host was so welcoming and responsive. The condo was perfect and had a chill vibe. Nearby golf at Sea Pines was exceptional. Perfectly situated for shopping, great food and the beach!

Bernie was an excellent and responsive host. The property was as pictured and has a great location that is a short walk to the beach as well as the cutest coffee and ice cream shops. The kitchen was well stocked. The screened porches were delightful to use. We traveled with our dog who thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding area and beaches. We would gladly stay here again the next time we're in Hilton Head.

We had a very nice stay here. Short walk to the beach and to shops. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was as pictured and had all the things we needed for the beach the walk to the beach was quick and we were able to bike to many restaurants/shops.

Lovely Villa

Two week get away to our favorite place to stay on Hilton Head Island. Great location close to one of Three pools, short walk to the beach and Coligny retail area. This villa was clean, well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the two screened in porches and spent a lot of time there.. Highly recommend.

Oyster Bay at HHI

Great place. Owner has provided everything possible to make every guest happy! From the beach cart and supplies to the wonderfully stocked kitchen, this place is a quiet plush complex that feels like a resort. Walk to beach is very doable and we loved the live music at the loggerhead bar at the Alder beach access. Even our dog loved it. Very pet friendly.

Summer 2025

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The condo was very nice and cozy. The beach was a short walk but they had a beach cart to carry the chairs. Very accommodating.

Amazing location walking distance to the beach

We had an amazing time. It was great coming back to our home away from home. Communication was spot on with no issues whatsoever. I would recommend to others if you want a very cozy and comfortable place to staye at Hilton Head

Beach getaway

Our Short getaway to Hilton head was a success. We thank Bernie, the owner of the property for the great communication. It was a great and relaxing time before my sister and I heading off to Charleston for surgery.

Family Vacation - had a blast!

So conveniently located to the beach- we LOVED the amenities provided in regards to beach supplies. The wagon, chair, and sand toys were all used multiple days in a row. Great location and excellent response time from owner. We would come back!!!

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was clean and met all expectations. The provided beach equipment was very appreciated and in good shape. Furniture and beds were comfortable. It was nice to have two screened in areas. The pools were nearby and we were able to easily walk to the beach and Coligny area.

Vacation cut short

The property is beautiful. Clean and well stocked. Plenty of supplies for the beach. Unfortunately due to Tropical Storm Debby we had to cut our vacation short. If I was to return, I would definitely re-rent this property.

Perfect Beach Condo

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Loads of supplies for beach days (chairs, towels, wagon) and easy walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. The screen porch was awesome! Great for morning coffee and evening chill time. The kitchen was well supplied and the place was very nicely decorated and accommodating. The owner was very helpful and friendly, providing lots of good information though email before our arrival, during our stay and in a binder at the condo. It was perfect place for our family vacation and we will definjtely be back!

Pleasantly Surprised

The family and I planned a last minute get way in Hilton Head. The communication with host was immediate. Because it was last minute booking, I was worried that might have problems during check in, but everything was taken care of. The place is much larger than the online pictures. It was clean and set up nicely. The kids are on one side of the home and parents in another which was nice. Location is quick walk to beach.

A great week at Bernie’s!

We had a great week at Bernie’s! It was me and 2 teenagers and we had plenty of space to be together and get some alone time if needed. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed in a lot of beach places and this one really had everything you need for a vacation with ease. Bernie was awesome at answering my questions and accommodating any requests. The walk to the beach isn’t bad and is mostly shaded and the beach is great. The pool is steps out the door and we really enjoyed the screened porch. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Relaxing place nestled between beautiful palm trees

Such a relaxing experience. Love all the trees & shade. Both porches so nice & private. Was nice they were both screened in. Lay out of rooms very functional & offers privacy. Having 2 bathrooms was great too! Only a 4 min bike ride to the Alder beach. Very chill & serene at the beach. Not crowded at all. There’s a nice lunch place right there too & snow cones. Also restrooms & showers to rinse feet off. We rode our bikes 5 minutes down the road to get a few groceries for breakfast the one morning. Everything very convenient. Always ample parking right outside condo area. Very peaceful, other guests very friendly too! Just hear a lot of wild life never a lot of people. Would definitely recommend this condo to a family! The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked most meals in & relaxed.
