Experience luxury and relaxation at Gulf Place 301, perfectly located in the heart of Gulf Shores right next to The Hangout, with restaurants, shopping and attractions all within walking distance. Take the elevator up to your beachfront condo and enjoy stunning Gulf views that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, upscale furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional with a Smart TV, gather around the dining table for 8 or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped, high-end kitchen.

Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in breathtaking views of the sugar-white sand beaches. Accessible from multiple bedrooms, this outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle, accommodating up to three additional guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to a 7th floor hospitality area with games and space to relax, or watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

Great location in the heart of Gulf Shores with a great view of the beach. If you like music and later evenings, the live music next door is an added bonus. If not, it may not be for you. The condo was clean, spacious and as described. Will definitely be back

The location is great looking at the beach that is very well maintained. I'f I had any complaints, it's that the unit is ready for a deep clean. Walking in bare feet your feet would be filthy. Pool was great, as was the deck area. Had a great vacation, can't complain much about dirty feet.

Great stay

Property is new and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location was very convenient with access to shopping, grocery, restaurants and the beach. Noise from the Hangout directly across the street would be a consideration for some, but overall something we didn't have a major issue with.

Location Location Location!!

The perfect location! Everything about the condo was great - size, design, cleanliness, and amenities! We loved the rooftop pool and being able to walk to different restaurants. We cannot wait for our next visit :)
